Restaurant not prepared for gluten free.

Property is next to a main intersection so there is a lot of traffic. Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean, but a little spartan. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

I had reserved 2 rooms, we checked in, I took the 2 cards, and gave one to my daughters. My daughters went to the room and found it was occupied with clothes on the floor! My little daughter came back scared to see that they had given us a room with people already inside. She was scared to think that someone could have entered her room while they were inside.
Afterwards, we asked for a new room, they gave us a new card, with few apologies. The surprise now was that the new room was over 30ºC and its air conditioning did not work. It was a 34ºC day in Avignon. The receptionist told me that she did not have any more rooms but she did have a portable device to solve it... and, she just gave me a small fan! Also, the room had used towels with lipstick on them...disgusting.
The next day, I asked to speak to the hotel manager, but he didn't show up. All they offered me was to give me €25 back, I said no. I really feel helpless.
I don't go on vacation with the family to sleep in a hellish room and be treated this way. I had to come here because Avignon was full due to the theater festival but, I will never choose this hotel chain again. That's clear.

Hotel excellent. Only issue is that it is 4km from tourist area and public transport is some way away. Otherwise really good value

The facilities are great and the staff very kind. The only issue was that the room was very hot and the A/C was not working.

Bad experience at the check in, booked for my family to stay in , the staff did not allow me to accompany them to the room, although I was not going to stay, simply to help them with the stuff, a part from this, my credit card was charged twice means double the amount as the staff claimed the first machine is not working since it did not print the receipt although I told her that sometimes the machines do not print, she insisted and charged my credit card using another machine, also the room was not as expected. I will never book again. Over priced for no services except for the good parking.

2 nights stay. Convenient and quiet. Staff and housekeeping ladies very nice.
Room quite small but perfect for just sleeping. No fridge or coffee maker or microwave in the room. But restaurant downstairs (menu). Breakfast free.
5 min drive to historic downtown.

Great stay, as always with ibis Styles: comfortable and large bed (200cm wide), spacious room, good bathroom, good breakfast included, stylish lobby with pool table/foosball, free parking.
Note this is a 10-min drive from Avignon, which didn't bother us as we had a car (parking in Avignon is expensive - but you can park at Barthelasse, which has a free parking lot by the campground, with great view of Pont St Benezet and city walls.

Très bon séjour, un accueil au top et très attentionné, séjour en famille avec deux chambres que le réceptionniste nous as mis côte à côte. Une équipe discrète et sympathique. Un hôtel très beau et très propre.

Hotellet var nyindrettet og i meget spændende design. Man blev glad af at være der. Morgenmaden var fortræffelig. Et sted man har lyst til at vende tilbage til. Hvis opholdet havde været længere var der også en dejlig svimmingpool til rådighed.

Super séjour tant en visite que l’hébergement. Aussitôt la porte franchie on sentait la zen attitude. Un personnel disponible super sympathique, hôtel bien placé avec parking tout près du centre ville. Aussitôt notre arrivée, nous avons pu manger un repas du chef dans notre chambre . Très bon.

Breakfast staff were incredible! The first morning we were there the power was out and the staff went above and beyond to try and keep the food stocked and the guests happy. Front desk staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Great location for catching the bus downtown to the festival and ample parking.

Staff is super friendly. The kids enjoyed the table soccer and the books provided in the lobby. The room was a bit tight since instead of 2 double beds it was a bed and pull out.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for us!
We already know the good Ibis Styles "style", but this one surprised us in several aspects: from the welcome to the infrastructure.
We traveled with two small kids (5 and 2) and soon after they were presented with a "welcome kit" for children: a small bag with toys, crayons and cards for them to play. They also have a kids corner, with books, games and other things. Fantastic!
This hotel has been recently renovated, so everything looked and smelled new and the room was good, very clean and well equipped.
The breakfast was included in the price and it was amazing! Lots of options for fresh food and drinks (the fresh squeezed orange juice is a must!). There is also a steakhouse colocated with the hotel (La Boucherie), which also offers good food options at reasonable prices.
The staff were very attentive and accomodated very well on all requests.
