Clean, but not particularly comfortable. Just a decent motel

Comfort was good enough, cleanliness not as much. Floor cleaner leaves a sticky residue, and the bathroom still had bits of debris. Bed had some hair from either last visitor or housekeeping, not sure. Bathroom switch cover plate had some brown residue smeared on it, for my sake I'm gonna assume it's chocolate. Otherwise the room was decent. Close to many locations so that's nice.

Great stay. Never a problem with this hotel

The rooms were clean, however, the channels on the tv did not match the menu at all. Many channels did not work.

Clean, organized and friendly staff

We have traveled here for years and stayed in same place. This trip we went to Outlaws concert at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and this was close from hotel. We enjoyed our favorite restaurant Fratelli’s. We will be back!

The room wasn’t up to a normal Hampton hotel! The cost didn’t equal the quality of the room! The bathroom was small on space and the tub stopper was broken! There was no ice machine on the floor I was on! The hotel felt dated !

Anne was amazing at the front desk! Most wonderful person I have ever met at a hotel front desk. Incredible service and extremely considerate. We need more people like her in this world. Completely made my day better.

Loved the pool, the breakfast, the easily accessible location and all the dining options around us. Truly one of the best stays we have had in the area.

Very nice hotel, really clean & great service throughout

We stayed in a room that accommodated "old" people like us. The grab bars in the shower and the wider space between the wall and the bed, and the lower bed height were also appreciated. We will request that kind of room on our next visit.

Well. We did get our king size bed - eventually. Had to wait extra 2-3 hours for that. And we got there about 3:15. Our room had one half of a window - looked out on the HVAC on the roof if the building below. - had2 dead birds outside if our room - the “closet” was hooks on the wall across from our bed with curtains to pull across it. Had to hunt for that! The light that was glued up there fell out when I tried to push it on. The tub/ shower was so hard to turn on had to get my husband out of bed to turn it on. The sink area was so small it was difficult to get ready in the morning. My husband said the breakfast was adequate but certainly nothing to write home about. The person at the front desk was very good - pleasant and apologetic but of course could do nothing about anything. And oh yes we waited all day to watch our show as we traveled and of course the TV was screwed up so we could not do that! The bed was ok. The only reason we would go back here was the front desk person who really tried. And oh yes a small microwave in the room would have been nice. And the drawers were horrible. Get real drawers for goodness sake. I do want to thank them for cleaning the room without us asking.

Sleeping most completely wonderful. Best sleep had in years

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, room needed a really good cleaning drapes had stains on the bottom like a dog had peed on them, my husband and i both woke up with sore back. The frig didn't work outlet was bad. We move it to a different one. Bathroom had been updated but very sloppy 😒. We went to the pool hot tub didn't work. We didn't stay long in the pool water was cloudy and cold the paint was chipping off the bottom of the pool and there was piles of it in the corners of the pool. Breakfast was decent but for the price I would check out options

This hotel was so nice, clean & comfortable. The indoor pool was nice, just a little slick on the bottom after you enter at the main steps. The hot tub is out of service but we didn’t really care. They have a little free coffee & hot tea area when you first enter & also a little convenience snack area that’s extra. The breakfast was great. Each morning there were eggs, a meat, seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, juice, milk and a few more things. It’s one of the nicer hotel stays that I have had.

It was all good.

We got into town to the room really late & the lady that checked us in was quick & super friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was & all the extra little touches. The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed a good night’s rest.

It was close to the concert venue and eat to get back on I-70 when we were ready to head home.

The reason I booked your hotel over the others in the neighborhood was you had a hot tub. But when we got there it was broke. You didn't have regular cream cheese just strawberry. Not a good selection. The staff by the breakfast were not friendly at all. I felt like they thought we were a nuisance. Won't stay here again

Great location, price and breakfast!

When I checked in at 8pm for one night stay, they told me the Pet Policy was $75 Fee for one night for my one Yorkie. We were only staying less than 24 hours and the room itself was only $90/night. I asked the attendant to match the standard pet fee rate of other hotels at $25/night and he did so THANK YOU for that but he feared his supervisor would get mad the next day. I’d advise those traveling with pets to call ahead - if the pet fee is $75/night I will not be staying there again.

We love the location, have stayed there for over 10yrs when visiting the area however the upkeep has really gone downhill. It was all the little things from the bathroom walls to the outlets that had things stuck in them or didn’t work for one reason or another. Overall ok, just not what it used to be including breakfast options and cleanliness. Probably related to the events the weekend we went and a large crowd but just didn’t have a good experience the last few times we have stayed
