An ideal location for a stay in St. Charles. Love that the property is right in the historic district and on the Katy Trail. Comfortable bedding and love the full breakfast included in the price.

The GM Jessica promised me 60000 bonus points however I received only 50000 pts. The reason she offered me the points because 1) the AC was making noise 2) the Internet was too slow 3) the staff wasn’t courteous

Great location, comfortable bedding, friendly staff, parking lot. Enjoyed the full breakfast that was included with the room price.

Air in the room was dry, unable to open windows, unscented body products/toiletries.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and location was great.

We stayed in room 312, the refrigerator was broke and didn't work. The shower head barely put out water. Wish you had a hot tub and the pool was bigger.

Love the location and the "homey" feeling of the facility. The parking garage is an added bonus as well. This was my second time staying there and the desk staff has always been great.

The pillows are absolutely horrible, bath towels are small & thin, and every hall noise comes right into the room.

We love the location, the build and the staff.

We were completely happy with our experience. This was our 2nd stay here and it will definitely be a once to twice a year stay.

The location was close to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre. There was plenty of covered parking and the garage was well lit, so I felt safe coming in late. Check-in was quick and smooth. Breakfast was complimentary and the attendant was kind and made sure everything was well stocked and fresh.

If anything, I would say the price was a little more than I expected but the hotel did provide everything I was looking for.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. King sized bed was firm and comfortable.

The bed pillows were awful—soft and shapeless—and made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was ok.

The hostess for breakfast during my stay excelled at her job. Her name is Beth. Beth was friendly and attentive to guests needs. Five Stars!!!!!

The location was perfect for our trip to St. Charles. Very quiet place. Comfortable.

Some drawers for clothing would be nice.

The size of the suite was amazing.

The first night was uncomfortably hot. We went to Walmart and bought 2 fans which help tremendously.

We had a one bedroom suite. I loved the way it was laid out and the roominess of it. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were good solid doors and not the usual flimsy doors found in hotel rooms. Our granddaughter stayed with us unexpectedly and, again, there was plenty of room. We stayed in the St. Charles area having been told the baseball tournament we were there to attend was in O'Fallon, MO, it turned out that it was actually O'Fallon, IL. It was a 45 minute drive, but we were close to I70 and so was the tournament. Even though it was far, it was a pretty simple drive,

I always prefer an exhaust fan in the bathroom to help eliminate the steam when showering. Our room did not have this. This is really a minor detail considering how great the rest of the room was.

Probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in.
