We only had one washcloth so we asked for more. None were brought. The WiFi didn’t work and we were told we would be updated once they heard back and also were not updated at all. Didn’t have WiFi for our entire stay.

We arrived late and just by looking at the Motel, decided to leave and find another one.
We felt misleading pictures in your website, since we never saw a real picture of what we saw at arrival.

Hotel is outdated, old and dirty. The room door wouldn’t lock.

The building is old, it seems trying to look renovated, but it was only bad painted.
The room smelled like old, the bathroom door was bad painted and other people did grafitti on it.
The desk inside the room was almost broken, so these stuff made me uncomfortable

The breakfast buffet was just OK,
The entire property has been upgraded/refurbished, except the bathrooms — the bathtubs have been resurfaced but ours had half of the resurfacing chipped off and missing.

It was good, but the only bad thing to report was a cockroach in the bathroom. Pest control should be reinforced

I paid extra for this hotel because of the promised free breakfast. However, upon check in was told that they had "some issue" so that only coffee would be served. Also, went to wash my hands in the rooms bathroom sink, only to have the water not drain.

Light between bed didn’t work. Plugs in second room didn’t work. Requested fix, but no response for three days. Dirty, bad bathroom, not enough soap/shampoo. Also requested more and no response.

The AC didn't cool very good and the bathtub didn't have an anti slip pad or bars to hold on to so it was a bit dangerous.

Unfortunately we did not have a nice experience here. The staff at check in was friendly and the lobby was fresh and clean. The room we were given was not. It was dark, the window was filthy, we had missing lightbulbs in 3 lamps, paint and caulking slopped on the floor, construction materials along the wall and we had at least two cockroaches in our room. Very disappointing for a La Quinta.

I wouldnt stay here again,, i was surprised when i walked in the room since i have stayed in this hotel in other cities. Bathtub was dirty or stained. Bed sheets seemed okay, 1 towel was stained of rust..

Scam!!! The desk associate and manager are awful. The guy at the desk scammed me with my reservation and the manager said the owner or conference do not deal with complaints and he didn’t see anything wrong with his staff scamming me.

It was clean but the furniture was beat up. It wasn’t the nicest area, but very close to the border. More like a motel than a hotel. But staff was nice and helpful.

Horrible place to stay even if it is for a day. The bathrooms were dirty with poop stuck in the pot. The electrical fixtures were about to fall off. The bathroom flush not working and only hot water coming out. One of the AC fan not working. The breakfast area cannot even accommodate 4 people. Overall, a terrible place and a shame in the name of La Quinta.

Easily convenient to the border. But the hotel rooms were so dirty. We booked two rooms. Total of 4 beds and all four had dirty stained sheets. Multiple stains on both rooms, shower and restrooms were dirty.
We turned in our keys and did not stay there. Such an inconvenience of having to look for another hotel.

You get what you paid for. It's not a fancy, luxury hotel and breakfast is very limited. It's seen better days although the room we stayed in was freshly painted and somewhat remodeled. We only wanted to sleep for the night and continue our journey the next morning so it was fine for us.

Can’t believe this is a la Quinta had floor tile missing exposed vent pipes in the bathroom broker toilet paper holder. The noise off of the highway will not let you sleep either.
