When my family and I got to the hotel our hotel room smelled of urine. We asked for another room and were granted one. When we walked down to our new room when we tried to get in there was someone holding the door closed from the inside. We waited a second and a female s*x worker existed the room. We then went back to the front desk and they told us this has been a problem at their facility.

Wow! 5-star service. Jennifer was friendly when she came to pick me up from the airport, the front desk associate was amazing, Sebastin was very informative and helped me all of my needs here at the hotel. This made things a little bit easier for me since my flight was pretty much cancelled and caused me to be stuck here an extra day and miss work.

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay to catch our flight the next day. The courtesy airport shuttle was great.

Didn’t like the hookers in a room looking for work all weekend. Hourly room rates look bad on all hotels. The trashy area and pool was overwhelmed with hookers and their John’s…. Didn’t appreciate the constant smell of weed either. This is a trashy MOTEL and shouldnt be advertised as a hotel. There’s a difference. I will never stay here again and will actively suggest my companies do not ever use best western plus motels again.

This place is okay if you are looking for a motel. Not worth money spent at all, overpriced for what you get. Pictures on expedia are a bit misleading. Excessive noise all night from people outside. Not a place you want to bring you family with the charcters hanging around. Would not recommend this place unless you are in a serious bind.

Tub didn't drain correctly. The free breakfast was average at best and they don't allow you to serve yourself. For a Best Western it was decent overall.

I paid for a room online just to check in and for them to tell that the room wasn’t available. So I have to be with a smaller and uncomfortable bed for two days. Which is not fair.

Front staff was decent. I received more hospitality feom the cleaning crew and the ladies who served breakfast. When i pulled in it looked lime a roadway inn or a cheap motel. The room phone sidnt work, the bed was extremely hard, and felt unsafe. The pool was closed for what they called closed doe maintenance. During the middle of the night there were a group of individuals partying outside our room kn the grass area. The next morning as we were walking to get breakfast we came across a male prostitute going bavk to his/her room. Not a pleasant stay for me and my family.

I enjoyed my stay there, my only complaint would be the thin see through curtains in my room and there are usually thicker curtains that can block the sun so early in the morning. Sun rose around what seemed like 5:30am and found it difficult to rest.

Check in with Sebastian was so very helpful. Check out with Allison and Jennifer was quick and easy. A special thank you to the shuttle drivers for taking us to the airport and picking us a week later. Parking at the property was so convenient. We will definitely stay there again.

This hotel has a 24 hour shuttle! They picked us up at 3:30am for a 5:30 flight. Our driver was lovely and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you're staying over before flying out of Ontario Airport. Will definitely stay here again.

I was refused breakfast. Im a senior citizen with a disability. The manager did nothing. I was without food and was affected that morning. There was blood on the towels no soap and rust in the bathrooms facility. Page the lady at the corporate office talked to me but said its not their problem at corporate.
