We felt very unsafed

The sofa bed was broke and so uncomfortable even a little kids complained of springs in his back. I sat on it and almost fell.

they keep in touch how you feel and else but just that .

almost nothing die the price isn’t worth it .

Little nervous about leaving my car in mall parking lot but was safe. Glad for hot breakfast.

Easy to reach from the freeway. Clean. Quick to check-in and out.

The only parking was across a busy street with fast-moving vehicles around blind corners. I never felt safe walking to the parking lot. My catalytic converter was stolen overnight while parked there. The hotel GM stated that they were not responsible for lost or stolen items and that they would call me back after talking to corperate. I've waited three weeks, and have heard nothing.

excepted our service dog, staff was welcoming

had to request a refrigerator and microwave which should have been in the room. carpet stained. high price for week day and cleanliness of room. we were at another hotel that did let us stay with service dog so we had to look for another hotel and this was the only one available

We didn’t try the breakfast but we had a great stay staff are very kind. I like the cleanness they have every time we stay.

It met our expectations we liked everything.

Liked how if there was anything I we needed they would gladly help us.

There were previously used bed sheets and blanket made into a ball inside the sofa bed. Just double check the sofa beds before others use the room.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel and the conveniency of the having the freeway close and nearby shopping/ restaurants

For the price of stay , the rooms are really outdated. From the carpet and curtains having stains. To a old tv that had minimal to no channels working. The security door latch was not properly attached making it impossible to use . Also when I tried to use the hotel hair dryer , it sparked and started to smoke
