super sweet and helped with everything

Went on a Monday and there was no hot water. I was told when there are a lot of people there there’s no hot water.

The room they assigned me had a dirty bathroom and the mattress was very uncomfortable. I asked for a room change and thank God they changed my room, but it was very stressful for my family and me.

Toilet done work on first room and second room the bathroom was dirty and the tub was worse

We were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary and the staff surprised us with a delicious dessert in our room. That was really nice! Thank you

First of all, the staff are not nice. Everyone I encountered was pretty salty, stiff or just plain rude. The building is old w a coat of paint on it but the pictures online definitely spruce it up quite a bit. The rooms are just average and they have no microwaves. Our room just so happen to face the lobby and dining area so it was pretty loud. Our room was disgustingly dirty. Like pubic hairs in the shower and on the toilet, black mold on the window sill, layers of dust on the AC unit, baseboards covered in dirt and hair, toilets not clean, the door handle had what appeared to be some sort of smudge from some sort of sauce on it, carpets were disgusting and the bed is not comfortable at all. We had originally booked a different hotel and then this one went on sale so we canceled and switched. Bad idea!!! Everything about this place was unappealing. ONLY plus was they had a decent workout area and a pool and hot tub. I wouldn't even waste your time or money

We had an absolutely wonderful time! I wished we had checked in earlier so I could’ve enjoyed the heated pool, but there’s always next time!! And there will be a next time! We come down often as my family lives here. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! We WILL be back! Thank you for everything!!

The bathrooms were very old. The breakfast was very basic and although daily breakfast was provided free with reservations, the breakfast was low quality considering the hotel is in a diverse area. The light bulb in the room kept twitching including the bathroom lights. The thermostat was not working so our room was getting warm. Although they switched us to another room, that room then had a strong scent. The front desk person said they were booked up when we were trying to request a different room before but when our thermos was no functioning, he was able to put us in the room next door which was weird. Anyhow, the staff had low affect, didn’t know their way around the area to be able to assist visitors, and overall we did not receive quality customer service at checkin, nor through out our stay there.

The carpet has stains. The AC was noisy by the window. The water pressure from the bathroom sink was too strong so it was hard to turn it on. The bath tub had some light stains from what looked like a non slip rug but overall the bath tub/shower combo was ok enough to bath in it. The bathroom floors are old and outdated. I called the room service for a bathrobe but was told they were only available for the premier rooms. The cabana sitting areas by the swimming pool were dirty. The breakfast was free but it's mediocre; however the service was good. The king bed was ok. The refrigerator temp was hardly cold, I had to increase the temp myself. For the price I paid, it was barely suffice. Comparable to sleeping in a motel. But some motels have cleaner bathrooms and actual housekeeping. There is a microwave downstairs and hot water you can use if you bring your own food and can dine downstairs freely so that was nice. We noticed a lot of east Asians stay here. You cannot connect to your TV via your phone. This is in the Korean district of Sunnyvale and I stayed there so we can take my daughter to Gilroy gardens theme park and I didn't want to pay a lot for a couple nights so my sister found this hotel. It's directly across from a large Korean supermarket so that's a plus if you like Asian food. I co-slept withy four year old daughter and both nights she woke up in the morning and said she slept well, so I will be generous and give it 5/10.

Overall the stay was good, the only con was a sewage odor that was very strong when we first walked into the room, it would go away when we turned on the a/c but hopefully that can be fixed, other than that everything else was great and the staff were very nice!

Hotel was okay. It had been pepped up and recommended by my contractor so I was excited to book there. It was noisy above us and next door. The elevators were scary and jolted almost every time we took them. The beds were not very comfortable despite having sleep number options. Breakfast was subpar.

Located in great location close to everything.

The room they put us in was like a cheap motel and had holes in the walls.

Tub stained.and clogged, carpet dirty, feces on rim of toilet, window view of hotel lobby and dirty window ledge.

The staff at check in and the bar was very professional and helpful. The only downside was the room itself needs a few upgrades and the house keeping request we made initially wasn't performed until requested a second time. The breakfast was decent and complimentary.

It’s conveniently located in Silicon Valley area. Close to stores and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Love the outdoor and hot tub pool.

We got in around 8:30pm. We were tired from a long day and wanted to have some drinks and something to eat. We were excited to try the restaurant/bar. We looked online and said it closed at 10pm. We were disappointed to see it was closed.

My only issue was the cleanliness of the room, stains and needed remodeling for the room we stayed in.

Updated but showing its age in the bathroom

The past reviews weren't kidding about the poor condition of the room! But I knew all this when booking with the hotel because it was close to family events we were attending. Pros: breakfast, pool, lobby, easy parking (even though it's $12/night), comfortable beds. Cons: bathroom in our room was musty smelling.

Staff was very pleasant.

The continental breakfast was not very good, constantly out of food items and staff are slow to refill them. The cantina happy hour was great! Well equipped gym.

Stay was mostly 5 stars but water temperature for shower was spotty.
