Comfy bed, great breakfast food and staff. Awesome central location with every amenity possible close by. Only downside was the noise from the subway train right outside my window. But it wasn’t terrible.

I was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating front desk as was my friend when she arrived. We were there to do some pre-Christmas shopping. Our room was clean, our beds and pillows were so comfy. Besides having free parking and a great breakfast it will definitely be a hotel that I will go back to.

Problems checking in. I tried to shorten the trip one night after booking via Hotels.com. Had problems and called the hotel direct....got sent back to Hotels.com.
Arrived at the hotel at 2:15 pm. Was told we could not check in until 4 pm unless we subscribed to some loyalty program. I had been staying at the hotel for ~40 years and was a member of the Holiday Inn program....not sure what happened here.
Staff language barriers....English needs some work. I asked about vending machines....front counter clerk did not know what they were.
Called from third floor asking where ice machines were located...was told 4th and 5th floors....found the sign to the ice machine on the third floor heading to the elevator.
Checked out via the TV in the room on Sat morning. I am still waiting for a copy of the bill to be emailed as of Mon afternoon.

Convenient area, close to Metrotown and a lot of shops and restaurants

We chose to stay here for one night and attended a conference in the hotel. They held our luggage for free as we were leaving right after it was over. Parking was also free. Room was clean and supe close to the Metrotown mall and many restaurants.

Reception made me wait for 2 hours like a sitting duck in the lobby, even though my room was confirmed ready.
They wouldn’t allow me access to the room until exactly 4pm.
Someone finally approached me in the lobby at 3:15 and said if I wanted to pay an additional $50 I could check in earlier than 4pm.
Seeing as I already sat there for the previous hour and a half, I just saved the $50 and waited the additional 45 mins.
Ridiculous customer service. Its hard knowing your room is ready but not being able to access it and having to sit in an empty lobby while the staff sit behind the desk and giggle.
There’s a real disconnect between people these days and it’s hard to be a part of.

I stayed 4 nights. This is the first time I stay. I found the location is great. Skytrain is across the street.
Metromall is few steps away. The hotel has access to the mall . No need to cross street. Also safe to walk if there is rain. I will use the same hotel if I come back again.

Hotel is conveniently located in Metrotown with plenty of shops and good variety of restaurants nearby. Reception staff are helful. Room is spacious, well maintained and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is free and has a good selections of foods. Parking is also free. We will definitely stay there again.

Right across the street from Metrotown station, Starbucks next door, earls and cactus club super close. Great breakfast, comfy beds, very nice staff. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! My room was very clean, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the staff was lovely, even during my midnight visits to the desk. The only slight drawback of this hotel is the noise, it is right beside the Skytrain and the windows in the hotel are quite old and don't look double-paned, its the only complaint I had about an otherwise great hotel.
Corporate should invests in the windows at this location to make it a fantastic stay.

Great property with easy access to shopping, dining and the skytrain. They offer free breakfast and parking and rooms are nice, clean and welcoming. The close distance to the train is causing a lot of noise, so the provided earplugs are definitely necessary.
