Wifi didn’t work in my room. I was told it was my fault/my devices. Not true. Someone else in the hotel admitted there were issues in part of my floor due to nearby antennas. They eventually offered a new room but not without a fight. Some reception staff (Leticia) were incredibly rude to us. The main hotel manager was polite and apologised. Other than that the hotel is centrally located, spacious and clean. Rooms are good value for money.

The hotel is in good location location. Very near to the entrance of the most important touristic region: the antique city inside the wall where there are the best restaurants and bars.

Llegue a el hotel como a las 4:30pm. después de haber caminado casi 8 horas. Salí a Comer y cuando volví a descansar el AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO ENFRIABA. Trate todo pero no podía dormir del calor. Llame a recepción a la 1am porque no resistía el calor. Me trajeron un ventilador pero la noche fue terrible. Muy mala esperiencia, además parece que no les importa porque no me ofrecieron ni una botella de agua. Mala compañía no los volveré a utilizar y no los recomendare con nadie.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was fine - very good choice. The rooms were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.

Could not pay for breakfast in the restaurant had to go to reception. Sofa in room is very soiled and in need of deep cleaning.

This hotel is fine, really, but a little bit run down already. This was my third stay here in the last two years so I've seen how it has gotten just a little bit worse each time. It is mostly clean, mostly comfortable, mostly acceptable. But, some of the staff is a little bit rude, just enough to get away with it. Worst of all is the excessive noise made by housekeeping, all day, every day. It's a hotel, let your guests rest for a change! That being said, if you happen to need lodging in Lugo, you'd be hard pressed to find better accomodations.

Hotel was easy to access and had paid parking underground. It was a short walk to the wall and the town center. Room was clean and had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. No other toiletries. Rooms were quiet from street traffic but you could hear your neighbors although it wasn’t too loud. Overall, a nice stay.

This is a fantastic hotel at a very good price! Friendly hotel staff made check-in quick and easy. Parking garage is available for an extra fee. The rooms are modern and very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was quite nice with a good variety of food choices. Will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

Eurostars are always good quality and good value for money. The beds were extremely comfortable. Street parking was available nearby and walking distance to everything.

Overall, this was a very comfortable 2-night stay while I was on a project in Lugo. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The only downside was a slow WiFi service. Everything else would be 10/10. A great stay!

it should be rated a one star doing renovation noisy sometimeswe cam e driving were told by reception that we could prk around buildind and they do have a parking garage location good but they could have told us thay had a garage when we came in

Only heating available. Heating turned on in room and unable to be turned off. Was very hot amd uncomfortable. Poor lighting in garage. No lift to various levels in garage. Staff did not explain what floor guests could park on. Due to construction, reception sign small and difficult to find. Unfortunately for people who do not speak Spanish, it was difficult to communicate with staff.

The hotel lobby was being renovated, so access to the front desk was akward, through a side door and a dark hallway. Otherwise the room was spacious, clean and quiet with modern, minimal decor. I agree with other reviewers that the bathroom amenities are not 4-star and should be improved. The area is nondescript but convenient to both the old town and the bus station. Overall, good value for the price.

A very strange place in that it feels like the front door is actually a portal that sends you backwards in time to a place where box televisions and terribly out-dated decor await you. In truth, the hotel isn't that bad at all. The main issues are that it is unbelievably out-dated in its appearance, the wifi was pretty terrible and you couldn't connect to it on the ground floor. It's also very dark; they seem to be against replacing light bulbs, which makes the dimly lit hotel even more dim. Apart from that, the staff are nice and the rooms are kept very clean. There's a cafe/bar conveniently connected to the hotel but the prices are slightly higher than the local bars (which are a 5-min walk away from the hotel) and the tapas aren't great.
