L acceuil était correcte.
En dessous du dortoir, il y a un bar / discotheque et c est tres mal isolé. Les bass résonnait dans la chambre. Vu la configuration des lits, cela donnait comme un caisson de bass et ce jusqu a 4h30 du matin. Une horreur, pire nuit jamais passée sur le camino !

It's right in the heart of Lugo centre which is ideal if you're looking for a central location. It's on a street with a lot of bars and restaurants so you don't have to wander far for food or drinks.
There were some of the facilities and amenities that were listed that they didn't have. It wasn't many things that made it a dealbreaker but it would've been nice to have them. The space between beds were big so when they're a lot of pilgrims, the floor space between beds is taken up with a lot of bags, shoes and hiking sticks

Ver clean and good location but I couldn't sleep
A lot of noise. Music very loud from the bar. I couldn't sleep 😢

The bed was noisy. I mean noisy. Every movement was heard in the whole room. The matress was also too soft for me. Fortunately we were only three people there at that time.

The location is excellent to explore the city
The self check on was tricky and some people had difficulty in checking in and there was difficulty in contacting the owners for help. Two of us used the same key card as one didn't work, which was lucky that we knew each other previously on the Camino.

It seemed a bit unorganized. Arriving guests couldn’t always find any staff.

The Hostel is above a club. The walls were SHAKING! And the music played until I left in the morning. So for partying it is a great place, but if you are in Lugo to walk the Camino and you know that you have to get up early, do your self a favor and go to a place that is more quite:)

There is a nice community room on the 2nd level. The facilities are kept clean.
A club below plays music well past 4AM!!! It is insanely disruptive. You can feel the vibration of the bass literally all night. You will not sleep. The ATM you check-in with is not user friendly. There is no staff on sight and no one responded to our messages on Booking.com.

The beds have blinds that gives privacy and blocked some noise. The location is inside the historic area and easy to visit museums and go to the supermarket. I was just concern about the cleanliness of the bed since the sheets are very thin and I don't know how often they wash the blankets.
The kitchen wasn't equipped enough and there are too many beds in one room.

central location, clean and comfortable stay
better to have a bed curtain then the blind for privacy as quite hot when you pull it down completely
