Hair dryer didn’t work

The room was decent, clean. The only issue was the hair dryer had an electrical short and when you turned it on, it began to smoke badly. We were afraid that it would set off the smoke detector in the room before we could unplug it. I reported it to the front desk, but they seemed indifferent about it. Also had to track down housekeeping to replenish the coffee service in the room. They didn't refill it after cleaning the room. They gave us the wrong kind of pods and we had to improves it to have morning coffee.

Short notice trip. Thought it was reasonable

Room Heater is not working. Temp is stuck at 60.

Outside need updating. Bathroom tub fitly

Worst motel to stay. Felt unsafe and moved to new hotel within 1 hour of checkin. I think the motel houses homeless / immigrants. Not a good place to stay with family.

Manager was nice but the facility a rooms were in poor condition

Smells like pee and burnt curry. Dirty. Sickening. This place has gone down-hill and was previously pretty bad.

It was a nice hotel located close to family. We were there for a funeral so it was very convenient for us. Plenty of parking. Easy in and out of parking lot. Bed was good.

Hotel has long stay residents who appear to be tweakers and indigents. Stayed here 7 years ago and it was under different owners and hotel was 110% better. Would never stay here again, unless it was a last resort or decided to go on a bender.

Mattress was broken- a dent that was 1/4 of the mattress. It would cause me to startle awake, as I’d roll into it and feel like I was falling off the bed

Overall a very good value for the price considering other similar properties. It was nice having someone that actually follows procedure of Expedia. The only negative was there seems to be some transits or other hanging around parking area. They did not act threatening or other but not best optic for the business or guests. I would use them again.

First of all, let's all keep in mind the Red Roof Inn is a budget motel (there is no Four Seasons version of the Red Roof Inn that I am aware of). Check-in was fine and the front desk representative was polite and efficient. I was in the back of the motel, but the lot was well lit at night. The parking spaces next to the room were full, but there was a lower parking lot that had plenty of spaces. The lower lot was not far from my room. The room itself was spacious. The bed was clean with no evidence of stains or bed bugs. The cover on the air conditioner was damaged. and the floors had a film. The shower had plenty of hot water. A budget hotel for sure. I would stay again but would choose a room one level below the room I stayed for the large vanity outside of the bathroom.

This was our 2nd time staying here. And this time is was a huge disappointment. The place smelled like wet dog, the floors were dirty, the lock on the door was broken, the air conditioner leaked. The toilet and tub are in such bad shape. I honestly was questioning if the sheets were washed.

We were very disappointed. The AC unit is very noisy, we had to wear earplugs to help us sleep. The door lock doesnt latch. I told the manager about it, he told me not to worry ‘cause there are survelance cameras. So we pushed a chair against the door for more security. The towels were all dirty, the hair dryer had stains, the toilet bowl had stains and the floors were dirty. Also had a musty smell. This was our first time staying in Redroof. For sure we will never again stay in a Redroof in. And this was a Redroof plus, I couldnt imagine how a regular Redroof would look like.

It took a while to get someone to come to the desk but then it was fine. The property was unkept and the room was dirty. Dead bugs lined the windowsill, the tub was moldy, the sheets were stained and the carpet and floors were sticky.

It’s was the worst stay hotel room was very nasty

For the money this hotel was decent. The property needed some attention.

There was garbage on the ground around the property. The rooms were not very clean. We had asked where we could get a bottle of water, and they said they didn’t have any… well why wouldn’t you? But they did say we could take a Gatorade that they would charge to our room, in which we declined. We also left for the day to visit a friend and came back to our card not working for our room. But someone else’s (one of the people I hope worked there) lo and behold had THEIR key worked there. They pretended to say it was the way we did it, but we seen him switch it with his key . This place is shady.

Great clean place. Good value for the price.

The room definitely still smells of smoke. It is not overpowering, but still there. Also, the carpet between the beds had some dirt / debris on it.

Dirty dirty hotel. They would only give one bath towel per room. No hand or wash towels were available. Room was in very poor condition. Unfriendly staff. Long term section 8 housing on site. Scary characters. Will not stay here again

Police were there multiple times over the 4 nights. Recently evicted guests were around with their belongings. Drains in room backed up quickly. Had the smell of pot around the hotel in the evenings. The hotel was just in bad shape that even the new coat of paint being applied couldn't hide. Pets are a major issue as well as they are allowed and can bark at all hours of the night.

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. Smelled of racism

A/C very noisy, remote buttons very hard to press, felt very uncomfortable being there in general.

The rooms are very clean and updated and the staff is very thoughtful. Its unique location gives it a very comfortable feel. This is where I will stay next time I'm in Pittsburgh for sure.

Ok but no receipt

Real milk or cream would be better than powder
