2 night stay. 2 queen standard room. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check in was friendly & efficient, and we were able to get in the room early. Breakfast was nice with hot a cold options. Indoor pool. Fitness room was small but adequate. Super convenient to The Arch with safe and easy walking around downtown. Excellent stay.....which is always the case with a Hampton!

This hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. Great location to walk to the Gateway Arch, Blues Museum and other downtown attractions. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room had a perfect view of the Arch and Mississippi River.

Sink didnt drain, floors were dirty, when they did clean they didnt leave any toilet paper or any wash clothes, just all around wouldnt recommend.

When we went to leave, our car battery was dead. I went to the front desk, they sent staff member with a portable battery charger and we were on our way, great staff

It was very confusing about how to park and enter the hotel to check in. Very tiny space to park for check in. Key required to enter, but you have no key yet. Luckily a couple returning let me in with their key.

Our stay was just for one night. The room was rather hot when we got there. We texted and they sent someone up to check it, thankfully it was working fine. They also brought us up a fan to help circulate the air. The breakfast was fine, a little crowded but decent. Overall a good stay. The service was great!

The hotel itself was nice but has some indications it was an older building and has been renovated. We attended a Cardinals Game and visited the Arch. Unfortunately, with the current economic climate there were several homeless people hanging around the immediate area. There were no issues with any of them but it made some family members cautious. We visited in 2020 and this was not the case. The hotel does have security features set in place.
The kitchen staff for breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. One even helped out our youngest make his waffle.

The property is 2 blocks from the Gateway Arch. It’s also 2 blocks from the convention center metro station which has a direct connect from the airport.
The only thing they can improve on is the house keeping. When checkin they never said house keeping is not done daily but alternate days. It will be good to tell guests upfront of the same and also provide daily housekeeping on request.

My overall experience at this hotel was very good. My feedback would be that I didn’t like that the pool door locked over an hour before the pool closed. Had to rely on someone being in the pool to open the door. I got to the pool around 8:45is and door wouldn’t release. Others followed all had same experience. When I asked a staff member the response was yes maam the pool door locks before the pool closes. I explained that an hour before was a long time to lock the door.
Other than that my experience at this hotel was wonderful. Btw I was fortunate that someone opened the pool door for me and I for the next guest.

The location was perfect for us and the activities we had planned! There was some construction still going on and the highway noise during the morning hours was a little loud. Not many places really close to grab a bite to eat, had to walk a bit to get something to eat.

Good stay for price and right near the arch. Was part of our longer trip to head home and stay for night. Would have loved to stay longer. I’d say if anything just needs a remodel again since last was 2009. Otherwise beautiful hotel.

Nice hotel in downtown St Louis near the arch and walkable to Busch Stadium. Easy access to interstates. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast choices.
Only complaint was pool was very warm and highly chlorinated. Our grandkids eyes were burning! We would stay again.

It was a very busy hotel - but the staff was great. The pillows were uncomfortable and parking out front to check in was a hassle. I had to move my car once, and then was repeatedly honked at a second time while I was waiting for my partner to finish checking out.

Location was good for the Arch Park. Pool was great and the kids enjoyed it. Fitness area was good and game room was good. Staff was pretty helpful. Our room was on the fifth floor smelled of pool water on check-in. Overall our stay was comfortable.

The walls are really thin. We could hear drag racing throughout the night and all toilets flushing. The chair in our hotel room had a large tear on it.
