I stay in many hotels. This bed was so soft and uncomfortable. The bathroom was just ok. The shower head leaked all over. The tile floor did not look clean but it might be chips in the tile. I did not look closer. the service in the restaraunt was awful. They did not have enough help at all. We waited 10 minutes to be seated at 8:00 am . We waoted another 10 minutes to get coffe another 10 minutes to have our order taken. Our food came pretty quick and it was good. We waited another 20 minutes to get our check. They were so short handed. the waiter was very nice and polite just overwhelmed.

It was okay until the last night that we saw mice in our room I was not happy about that. They moved us to the 6th floor but I was very shocked to have seen that. Had to throw my food away because I wasn’t sure if it got into my sons plate of food

My husband and I booked a stay here for two nights as we had two concerts to attend, one Friday and one Saturday. Instead of having to drive back and forth. Room was big and cozy, clean and well kept. There were some divets or something in the walls but I am guessing normal wear and tear. Requested extra towels and toothpaste from housekeeping and it was brought up quick. Wish room service was open later but there were options to eat late around. Only complaint I have is when I booked I paid for a room on the top floor which would’ve been the 6th floor but we were on the 5th. Overall I recommend.

Great place! I was really impressed because I'd requested a crib for an infant when I made the reservation, and when I got to my room there was a real crib, with sheets, set up and waiting for me! Not a pack n play with no sheets, but a real, proper crib all ready and waiting for us :) The front desk staff were always so kind, even gave a little teddy bear to my son when we checked out. The breakfast is restaurant style and pretty good, the people serving were great (decent espresso coffee always welcome). The location is good, not far from easy eateries, even if the many one way streets and no-U-turns makes a trip over the road to Starbucks quite the excursion.

Best hotel in Cherry Hill. Customer service over the top. My husband left his shaving kit in our room and Diana at the front desk went to the trouble no locate it and ship it to us.

There was a mouse in my room and the sink was leaky. The staff kindly relocated me to a new room. There were stains on the curtains and I saw ants on the desk.

The stay started off good the new remodel looks great buy the hotel has a big mice problem, seen a mouse in my room and they moved to another room just for me to see another mouse than house keeping knocks on at 9am when check out was at 11

For over $250 per night, this was a complete rip off. There were mice in our room, the floor was filthy, they only gave us one cup even though there were two of us and did not refill the coffee pods.
One out of two elevators was not working and the pool was not usable due to renovations. Never staying here again!

It was such a beautiful room. The bathroom was all newly renovated. The beds were super soft with a variety of pillow types. I definitely recommend!
