Rude clerk, first room had to be changed due to peep hole having no glass in it I could put my finger straight in the room from the outside. Room smelled and trash in hallways. This place was trashy.

My check in on the 15th was horrible. The front desk manager or rep was completely completely rude inconvenience. My time completely had me running around to pull off cash only to find out that his systems worked. The place was trash. The bed had stains on it. The shower was leaking the entire night there was no coffee pot or anything as it says online in the room the beds had other peoples clothing from the previous night still in the room so they weren’t cleaned. It was horrible, I’ve been here three or four times before recommended other people. I will never come back here again and never advise other people to come back there again either. It’s rundown and probably only months away from being closed down.

It had decent privacy but the stench was unbearable. The service wasn't that great either as the front desk person wasn't very kind.

Literally that hotel was a disaster

No room service within 3 days (room, hall and lift). However, we’re informed that the cleaning is done twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday. We came in Thursday and shortened our stay on Sunday. Dog urine smelling in the hall way and lift. Dogs left alone in rooms. Air conditioning too noisy. Garbages baskets left in the hall and smelling

Absolutely not. Beds are bent in the middle how does that even happen? Dirty Sheets, cigarette smelling hallways, trash bins in the middle of the halls and near elevator, guy at the desk sent us to several rooms and they were all the same NOT AS THE PICTURE. I got my refund immediately. I Will not be returning.

This is my favourite budget hotel in Atlanta. It's conveniently located in Northeast Atlanta to 85 and 285 and Buford highway with lots of great food options. When I have guests from out of town and they can't stay with me, I have them stay here. The hotel is very clean, very nice, very safe and clearly used to be a much fancier property with a ballroom, meeting rooms, pool etc. Rooms are spacious and welll appointed with fridge and microwave. Very quiet hotel. It's a little dated but very clean and quiet. Highly recommended, don't pay attention to the negative reviews.

DONT GO UNLESS YOUR LOOKING FOR DRUGS OR GETTING ARRESTED! I felt VERY unsafe since the motel has prostitutions and drug deals. Undercover cops in unmarked black trucks…beware! They run plates and names

Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel .. Bugetel Inn gave me a room with a hole In the wall and ants in the bathroom. My husband had a spider crawling on his face within 30 minutes of us being in the room . There is no phone in the room , blood on the doors and walls , I was unable to get ahold of the front office because the number was disconnected. We were told there were no more rooms available. We came down the next day and talked to the manager however the manager was extremely rude and told us we can check out if we have a problem. Which was impossible due to the hotels policy. We weren’t given another room until the following day . Toilets barely work , lights flicker when turned on give it a little tap and it’ll stay . Overall if you’re planning to book here reconsider .. the cleaning staff were extremely rude as well , when I asked if the rooms were cleaned ..

I live here basically, I can’t find a place and I been here six months. I appreciate the price and location as well as the guest services. I would definitely stay again because I need to. Yea I recommend for the traveler or anyone needed a good place to stay.

It looks like it used to be a really nice place in the past, and now it’s a little past it’s price. For the price, it’s outstanding! They don’t seem to answer the phone or emails though.
