Nothing stood out at all

Where to start they stray cats they feed, the police sitting in the parking lot all day, the bugs in 4/5 rooms 4 inch water bugs, spiders in the bed, roaches this room also didn’t have an actual room number sign but a piece of tape, the bite marks we woke up with, the lack of sheets to be able to change the sheets we bled in, the burn marks everywhere including the carpet looks like an actual fire, watching the guy slap the other guy with a gun because he threw a rock threw the car window

Absolutely nothing I’m not sure how they’re still in business. DO NOT BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE NO MATTER WHAT!!!

First of all, I booked a King room and they gave me a double room instead claiming that there’s no other King rooms available even though I booked the room a month ago and refused to switch me to any other rooms. When faucet of the sink in bathroom is on water would drain right onto the floor. They don’t offer shampoo. The walls are dirty and covered with stains. The overall cleanliness is 0 carpet is very dirty. The front desk guy didn’t apologize at all for our complains and was pushing for us to check out instead of resolving our issues. Every time we showed up at the front desk we overheard complaints of other guests about cockroaches and wanting to change their rooms

Nothing. I didn’t even make it and when I called to let the front desk clerk know I was running late, he cancelled my reservation because there was no card on file. I had to figure out where to stay last minute with my two small kids

Everything. Glad I stayed somewhere else after that horrible customer service

Budgetel Inn & Suites Atlanta Sun 8 Oct – Fri 13 Oct I felt unsafe so I never stayed inside. The room and overall atmosphere of thr hotel gave kidnapping/trafficking vibes and I could not complete my stay. People were following me to my room, watching me. The vents were pulled out in the bathroom as if someone was placing something in there like a camera or drugs! The room had rose pedals on the floor all around the bed! Someone stole the fire alarm from the room, it was definitely not there! Holes in the floor stains in the floor! There was no headboard! The bed was too small for the frame!! The 2nd door in the room that led to the next room was UNLOCKED ALREADY!! There was no sign on the building with the hotel name either, I had to go inside and ask the clerk if it was a hotel! . The lights all around the building were broken. It was only lit up at the front door intrance. People were definitely doing hard core drugs over there, selling drugs over there. I need a refund for this! I literally never stayed inside this place

I really didn’t like nothing about my stay.

I had to change rooms 3 times in a row before I had unpacked my stuff 🤦🏾‍♀️ the property had to much DRUG ACTIVITY GOING ON AND I HAD MY GRANDCHILDREN WITH ME AND THEY SAW ALL TYPE OF STUFF GOING ON. Even had a police 👮 there when I arrived and they was arresting someone for doing drugs in their car in the parking lot outside. When I checked out it was 2 more police 👮 leaving out of someone’s room and I seen a crack pipe on the ground near my car and the man was waiting for the police to leave and he picked it back up and had two more Chinese men waiting for him to get them some drugs from someone that was staying at the hotel. Also seen 2 ppl that was on house arrest at 2 different times going in and out of the hotel several times 🤦🏾‍♀️
