What a Lovely Hotel and City Dijon was! We loved the staff and all there was to see and do and eat in Dijon!

Free parking was a bonus. Easy walk into old town. Hotel room was comfortable but lacking an electric kettle. Would recommend if wanting see the old city. Front desk was helpful and the meals were of good quality.

We stayed here one night en route to South of France. Ideally located to walk into Dijon for dinner. Booked two Triple rooms, which were close by. They were small and a double bed and a small pull out bed (not a full size single) but comfortable and okay for one night. Easy check in, and friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet was adequate, not much choice (and lack of staff!) and virtually nothing suitable for my gluten free daughter

Very pleased with the hotel, easy to drive to, large car park and pleasant walk to the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy, breakfast and evening meal were very good.

Very convenient and close to the train station. The staff definitely need more training when it comes to customer service. The hotel check-in process was fine, but ordering at the bar took way longer than expected.

Quite a wow hotel for an Ibis ..very smart and comfortable. Easy walk to the station or into town. We saw red squirrels in the park next to the hotel.

First impressions count for everything and on this occasion they were unnecessary stress from the reception clerk who refused to accept that I had pre-paid for breakfast, despite being shown evidence of the expedia receipt. Particularly annoying was that he tried to trick me into paying again for breakfast when I was paying for the city tourist tax. Otherwise, this was an OK ibis in not the best location but does have parking included. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre to find good restaurants.

The hotel is only 15 minutes walk to the old quarters in Dijon, so it was very convenient. The area around the hotel, across from the train station, is not bad, but we chose not to walk late at night the second day and parked in a garage closer to old town. The hotel is modern, the room was nice, small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was great! Free parking was nice to have!

The property is very well maintained, with a nice waiting area, excelent breakfast and decent size rooms with good soundproofing. My only complaints are that I would have liked a fridge in the room and that the location is in a part of town that seems a bit removed from everything. However it was conveniebt to the train station. I would return.

Very convenient for a stopover or a town visit. Walking distance to town, spacious car park-ideal especially if you travel with a roofbox or bikes. Extremly helpful and forthcoming staff, nothing is ever a problem. Very comfortable beds. All in all great, except for the smell of cigarettes on the first floor (I thought all rooms were non-smoking!)

Nice and clean for a really good value. Walking distance to the city which is worth a visit even if you’re just passing by for a nights. Free parking is a big plus.

Apart from the hot water not working on the first floor, the room was clean and spacious enough. Tried the restaurant for dinner; young service staff did all they could to please but the chef let them down. Very ordinary food so didn't bother with breakfast the next morning. Reception staff above par.

It was very near the train station and just a little walk to the town center. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The bar had a decent selection with decent prices. The room was clean and quiet. Spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable. Everything about this hotel was great and enjoyed ourselves a lot.

Rooms and bathroom were very clean and well kept. Inside of hotel is well kept. It is opposite a main train station and train line but there is nothing around the hotel - no nice places to eat or drink. The hotel has a very limited food menu.
To get to and from hotel car park involves using a number of steep staircases which is difficult if you have suitcases.

Family of 5. We stayed here for 2 nights to break our journey to the French alps. Was basic & no frills but clean, friendly and a great location to explore Dijon - perfect for our 2 night/1 day stay. We noticed after check in that adjoining rooms were standard on our floor albeit we weren’t offered that despite being a family of 5. That would have improved our experience as we ended up being split a few rooms away. We were also charged for someone else’s dinner on the first evening - remember to ask for an itemised bill as this seemed to be a glitch with their system (staff were lovely about it and quickly refunded!). Some nice touches for families - like the toy area at breakfast and the games in the lobby. Good selection of food at breakfast too. Overall, would recommend.

The room, the hotel and its location were according to normal ibis standards; but the parking was difficult for a person with walking difficulties and the staff not very helpful in the situation

Easy to get to , parking was great (blue badge user) , room was good , a good extra was a mains cube which included a double fast charger , shower great , only downside was a lack of workspace , staff were excellent , the restaurant was great feature and had a nice selection of evening meals , breakfast was good too everything you wanted staff there was very efficient top marks

Very noisy rooms because of the thin walls. Riom was too hot and no way to cool it except opening the window, then you hear a cargo train running every 10min. Zero facilities in the room.

The hotel is very nice, clean and right opposite the train station as we have wanted. The windows are doubled sound proof so you can’t really hear the noise from the train. However, it is a walk to the city center and there is not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants, shops and bars.

If you've used an Ibis before, you know what to expect, but even so, this was a good one. Helpful staff and easy on site parking. Really close to the station and only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Dijon.
