A great experience. Staff was super friendly
and helpful. Dog friendly in some rooms and well marked potty areas with bags and trashcans.

Just a quick trip in and a day in Taos. This was a very clean, quiet and comfortable stay for us. I would stay here again.

The check in was fast and easy. Attendant was very polite. The room was a good size and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning we went to the coffee shop and had a wonderful drink and great breakfast! Overall a fantastic experience.

The Taos Motor Lodge was a gem. The front desk workers were so nice. Our room was recently updated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. While the hotel was full, it was very quiet. There was also a little covered patio where we enjoyed sitting in the early evening.

So the experience here is purely based on the service. I don’t think we have ever felt so welcomed and been provided such exceptional customer service! I sure hope this owner knows what a fabulous employee Nick is! He was fun to chat with, gave excellent recommendations, things to do, and told me I HAD to try the coffee in the morning, so I did just that! He was working the front desk when we checked in and the next morning greeted us at the coffee shop. My fiancé has a construction business and has a lot of contract work in NM, so we will definitely be staying here again, thank you Nick for your hospitality!

You can tell the property has been newly renovated. It is a short distance away from all the shops. I highly recommend staying here.

The room was probably the cleanest I have ever seen any hotel room. Very pleasant grounds and surroundings. Very quiet. No complaints at all.

We were in town for several days with a pet. Thai room was CLEAN and smelled great! The room came with slippers!! Getting fresh towels and an iron was super easy. The staff was always so nice and accommodating. The whole property is under going a renovation. The cafe served delicious coffees and breakfast! It was a local spot too! Locals came in just for coffee and conversation. We loved our entire stay!

The location is good. Not w/in walking distance to the center of town but that is ok. They hotel is going through an update process so it had some workers on site in the morning but it was not an issue.
The room was modernized and clean.
Although I did find a couple of dead bugs on the floor. (Not the kind of bugs creep you out).
The beds are comfortable however, foundations are metal and if you get too close you will bang them with your foot and they are LOUD. So careful if you don’t want to wake your roommate up during a late night trip to the bathroom.

WE HAD TROUBLE GETTING OUR KEY TO WORK, CALLED THE FRONT OFFICE AND THE STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND SET US UP WITH A NEW KEY IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. THE ROOM WE STAYED IN WAS RECENTLY REMODLED, IT WAS VERY NICE. COMFORTABLE BEDS. I COULD GO ON AND ON. DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I loved this place! Clean, updated rooms. The absolute best staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Comfortable bed and a very large TV with plenty of choices. Great parking and coffee shop too! This is the place to stay for sure!

Staff was accommodating, coffee shop is lovely and a great place to meet up with friends, just wish there was a cafe on site. Liked being able to drive right up to the room. The exterior is beautifully landscaped and quiet.

Jelena at the front desk was delightful.
spacious room, comfortable bed, nice shower, minimal seating. Just 2 hard chairs. The room is large enough for a love seat or a couple of upholstered arm chairs and a small table and lamp. We had to sit on the bed to watch TV or read.
AC worked well.
No in room recycling. Desk had a basic hard chair - should be a task chair.

This lodge is remodeled and clean. They’ve done a great job renovating! Staff is excellent especially Cassie at the front desk. I’m super picky about hotels and I would definitely recommend this one.

We stayed at this property a few years ago passing through. The updates/renovations were much needed…the rooms updated a very clean!

When returning to our room after a memorial service, room smelled like someone had taken a poop/strong odor in room. I was told that the property would take care of us? Which they did not!! I will no longer recommend or be staying at this property!!

We had a great stay. The check in was easy and pleasant. The building and grounds have been renovated and are still being upgraded and it is looking great. The room was excellent. We were able to park right by the room which made unloading and loading easy. We had everything we needed. And, the water pressure was excellent. Overall I would go back for another stay if we make it back to town. We weren't right in town, but we weren't far away, which was great since there is lots of construction happening in town.

The floor in the room was dirty and sticky. The room key cards would stop working once or twice per day and we had to return to the lobby to have them fixed. This was very troubling.
