I loved my stay here. My family was very comfortable. Everything was super clean and well kept. Staff was great and helpful. Location of the hotel is amazing and close to the west entrance as well!! would definitely stay here again.

I’m not sure it’s worth the over $300 a night we paid. Restaurant service was probably biggest issue - they would not allow to go orders which would have better acclimated our small kids and constantly explained they were understaffed. Pool was closed for repairs until last night and wasn’t that clean unfortunately. It was definitely conveniently located to Yellowstone and staff were courteous and helpful.

Location was good. Several amenities/ appliances did not work during our 5 night stay. Front desk was very understaffed. Each one we talked to, which was everyday, mentioned this fact to us. Attached restaurant was only offering buffet for breakfast, not their normal menu. Buffet was average so We travelled off site to eat each morning.

Excuse was sort staffed but no compensation for guests.

We loved staying here. Free ice cream. Rooms were clean, lots of amenities for the kids and our room we very big. We are a family of 5 and didn’t feel cramped. Absolutely recommend this place

This Holiday Inn was clean. Staff was friendly. Perfect place to stay if you are going into Yellowstone. Entrance of Yellowstone is a few blocks away. Town is lively and has lots of shopping and restaurants. Everything In town is walkable. Holiday Inn had free ice cream, popsicles, cookies, which was nice to have after a long day of hiking.

Booked for one queen bedroom. At hotel was told they over booked the room I booked. They assigned me a far end odd room with two beds. Sinks are in the sleeping room. When took shower less than five minutes, water started spilling to bathroom floor. There's a metal rack in front of the toilet, if not very careful, you may bump the head (I bumped more than once). In the morning before six the alarm went off, apparently it was from previous guest. It kept snoozing a couple of times. I could not go sleep at all. Very bad experience. It is not a room paid more than $500. Last not the least, the breakfast was terrible.

Overall loved the hotel, staff, and just the location was so convenient! Bummed since I didn't realize that breakfast was not included with the resort fees/booking, but that just forced us to try all the other amazing restaurants in the area. 10/10 would recommend

No major complaints other than the price verse quality. I understand due to destination this establishment will be higher. This room would be $150 or less anywhere else. The room was fine and clean enough. The curtains/bedskirts had stains, the shower faucets were grimy, the bathroom door was dirty and the bathroom door trim was rusty. Just not nearly $500 a night quality. I stayed in Jackson the night before for $600 and that establishment was twice as nice. If they are going to charge that much I feel like everything should reflect that price.

Very nice hotel; very clean and great staff - but it should be for this price as it’s sky high and they know they can charge it. Kids likes the pool, the game room, and free cookies and ice cream. No breakfast and the restaurant there is convenient but not that great. Bar and bartenders were awesome -

Run down, and not worth the price. I never would habe thought this was a Holiday Inn by the looks of it. Unfriendly staff, nothing here is complimentary or included. You pay to use the wifi, pool. But that's a seperate charge you gey hit with after you leave. Very disapointed here. I will never stay here again. And maybe never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The cleaning staff went to our room with a clear sign of “Do not disturb “ hanging up on the door when we were out of our room in the morning for breakfast. She got caught by us when we came back to our room to pickup our credit card that we forgot to bring with us. It’s definitely not a pleasant experience

The room was large and comfort.
The hotel does't have daily housekeeping if not requested specifically, however all our requests were accomplished.
The breakfast has several options, but some of the products (i.e bagels, pastery) was not fresh.
