The hotel is well located. Very clean room and common area. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Walking distance to ESSEC business school. Bus also available to nearby mall, or by walk. Convenient store in 1 min walking. Room is small but new. Staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

I rarely provide a feedback, however I must notice that the level of room was not matching Ibis Hotel standard. Below bede there was some dirt and some piece of papers from previous stay.
I purchased the upgrade for hi speed wifi connection, but did not work. This is not what You expect for a business stay.

Most hotel staffs were not that much friendly as usual French people arent not friendly. But one male staff wearing glasses was really friendly. The room rate was pricey because I stayed at the hotel during the early January. But I chose this hotel because I didnt have any option. The bathroom condition was fine. And housekeeping was good. The two ladies cleaned the room everyday. Personally, I think the bed is really important, but the bed was just fine. After staying this hotel, I went to Paris and stayed at the other hotel, which is comparable to this hotel, but the bed was much better.

The hotel is ok with all the comforts you would expect from Ibis. There was quite a lot of internal renovation work going on but it did seam as though disruption to the guests was kept to the minimum. But the real joy is the close proximity to the port. A lovely little area 10 minutes walk away down by the river which was bustling with locals all enjoying the warm summer evening. With 6 restaurants and bars to choose from in a beautiful setting it really made our stop over complete.

4 night stay on business in Cergy-Pontoise.Perfect location as its nice and quiet - and a 5 minute walk from the pretty little port where there a few places to eat.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast much better now after the Ibis revamp.Would definitely stay again in the are but would request a room with a double bed next time, as the single beds are too small.

We chose the hotel as a reasonably priced option for a trip to paris. Paris is a short trip by road (approx 16 miles) and easily accessible by public transport. I was a bit cautious after reading several reviews but all the bad reviews seemed to be linked to bad expectations, its clearly not a luxury hotel, as you can tell from the price. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it was fairly basic but clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for a 3-day break in paris. Only thing that was missing was some better tea/coffee facilities(not bothered about these being available in the room, but this should be available somewhere). All together a great stay, cant imagine finding such a hotel with free parking and wifi, so close to Paris.

We needed an inexpensive place to stay for two nights near Auvers sur Oise, (village of Van Gogh and Daubigny) and Pontoise (village of Pissarro and Cezannes) and this Ibis was just about 30 minutes drive from one and 15 from the other, so was well placed for our visits. Buffet breakfast with various choices, as much as you want, and 10 minutes' well-lit walk from a pretty quai full of little boats, lined with at least half a dozen restaurants for dinner. Staff cheerful and welcoming, hotel basic but perfectly adequate. So a very successful trip.
