Due to no fault of the hotel, There was electrical issues because of a massive storm however, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of during that time. I can’t say good things about the ladies at the front desk

Needs a total renovation! Hallway and room floor covering is unclean, worn out, with lint, obscure litter (ie. I found a white pill in front of our room door); auxillary entry door had a nasty spill/stain on the floor mat. Room clock not plugged and running, bathroom sink drain very slow. Mildew smell in pillows. Rust, crud around the toilet paper fixture.... just miserable.

Had 3 nights booked at the Best Western Plus for a horse show. I was sorely disappointed--after trying to switch rooms several times--all the rooms were musty, the AC unit rattled, beds were old and uncomfortable. My allergies were quite bad and I was able to move to another hotel.

Appreciated that it was a dog friendly property and the staff were very friendly. Also the hot chocolate was amazing.
The carpet in the room and our shower were dirty looking. We had a couple pillows with staining we switched out with pillows from the other bed. The room definitely smelled of mold which didn’t improve after running the AC and definitely gave us sore throats and runny noses when we woke up.
Overall would probably try to find a different place to stay on our next road trip.

I had a first floor room with a view of the parking lot. I would recommend staying on a higher floor. The room didn't have a fan in the bathroom and was a little humid and smelled like a hotel. It was surprisingly really quiet and I slept well.

The beds, refrigerator in room with microwave was great! But the carpet was filthy!! On the surface the room appeared clean and housekeepers did a good job but room needed a deep clean. Bathroom toilet paper holder was also filthy!

The hotel is a bit outdated but rooms are spacious. My one main complaint is that our shower was not very clean (there were hairs in the tub) which grossed my out.

Our original room had bread crumbs in one bed when we turned down the sheets on arrival. Also found an old pizza box on top of the microwave. Requested a different room and we were given one which was much better.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel rooms, lobby, pool area etc. were very clean. The staff was very pleasant. The free breakfast in the morning had a great variety. My kids loved the pancake machine. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We paid more than another hotel close by because it had 8.4, but the mattress was terrible (felt spring) and the pillows are so small. The sofa bed was not great either. Service was nice at night. Breakfast at 7AM is way too late.
