Great time with ample space to enjoy the hotel for all. Outdoor spaces available with multi locations. Taxis and ride share services available at all times in a timely manner.

The burger and brisket sandwich from the bar restaurant were Extremely overcooked and not enjoyable.

Terrible. Expensive valet, never received my $100 incidental fee back, instead got charged $50? No close public parking. Hotel full of people in costumes. Not an inviting or pleasant atmosphere to be in. Rude staff. Paid $400 for a torn up bed. No vending available. Truly disappointed.

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. We enjoyed having the onsite restaurant choices.

First of all, I have lived in Dallas my whole life. Reunion arena is iconic. This hotel is beautiful but it smells terrible. Everyone in the group we traveled with complained that the lobby smelled like sewage and it was very hard to stay warm in the convention center and stay cool in the room. Housekeep knocked on my door before 10:00 am and didn’t complete cleaning my room until 2:00pm.

Emergency alarm went off at 4:00am. Had to evacuate. Staff was not responsive to questions and was “oh well” about it. No follow up from management or apology. It was disconcerting and the property didn’t care.
Hallway not vacuumed during the three day stay. Fake leather lounge chair cracked and peeling-excessively!
Mattress and pillows were amazing! Bathroom was beautiful and clean!

Got the one bed king suite which is the best room as it’s Morden. Views and room were great. However cleaning staff and communication from certain Caucasian and Asian staff members were not great.

Hotel was great. Only critique is pool….not very nice. Setting was bland and very small pool. Paying for parking was outrageous.

The Hotel and Staff were great! You can tell that the hotel is a little older, from ware on the furniture But the hotel has been kept in great shape and looks and feels very clean and cozy. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Only downside is the location. It is near a dart train station and you can hear it and also was a walk to get to certain places.

I love this hotel . We stay here every year for our Seminar. Rooms are spacious , clean , and the beds are comfortable. We love our breakfast and the Italian restaurant

A very clean hotel with plenty of space in the room. It’s walking distance to Dealey Plaza; however, it is separated by Union Station and the various tracks, so although it appears close on the map there is a bit of roundabout walking required. Other than the additional walking, which isn’t that big of a deal, the hotel stay was fantastic!

The staff was really nice and accommodating. I had an issue in the restroom and they sent maintenance within 5 mins and was repaired immediately. I was here for a large sorority conference and the staff stayed consistent with their kindness.

The hospitality of each and every staff member I encountered during my AKA Sorority Boule stay was superb. From the front desk staff (who provided scissors & even helped me cut tags off my clothing), to the restaurant lunch staff, to the bell staff (Sean/Shawn at checkout…who literally helped pack my hanging bag in my room), to the Landmark banquet staff (who ushered my throngs of Sorors to the shortest lines during the closing banquet)…the Hyatt Dallas staff was PHENOMENAL. My appreciation to each and everyone of them. I witnessed many staffers bend over backwards to accommodate us.
Also, kudos to your HR department for identifying great talent, with wonderful spirits. Kudos to your training staff and the amazing job they have done to train to exacting standards. Finally, hats off to your general manager and his/her leadership team for cultivating this service centric culture in the face of unprecedented attendance numbers that came with our conference.

I made 2 reservations for my family. They decided to put me in the 19th floor and the other room in the 16th floor. I talked to the person in charge and they did not care about me. Other than that, everything is perfect.
