The staff especially Kim was amazing. Hotel was clean. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There is a lot of room for improvement on that. I booked for a room on first floor and when I checked in I did not get room I selected thru Hotels.com. They did comp us our parking fee for the mix up.

We had no complaints about our stay. The issue we had is that we were not aware of the roads being blocked and we could not leave the hotel. We had appointments at the spa in Williamsburg and were minutes away from losing the appointment and the money that we paid. It would have been nice to know what was happening.

Nice stay in my room however, my hand soap was completely empty in bathroom, outlet by coffee didn’t work, roof in balcony leaked down-also signs of water damage, common areas could use deep cleaning especially the patio off the bar, mold growing around vents in dining area next to breakfast bar. Location was nice to beach, a bit of a far walk if you want to visit fishing pier. Balcony view of dolphins was nice and lovely view of the sunrise with the sandy beach and ocean just steps away; lots of eating options around the hotel, Nauticals sea food across the street was excellent and just a short walk to Murphy’s Irish Pub where you can chat with locals.

The parking charge is unacceptable. Further, there us a display which indicates "perks" for Hilton Honors members which is false. Members must pay for the drinks and snacks like non-members. The items on display are not perks. When I expressed my surprise at being charged, the assocuate was quite rude. Not used to this type of unprofessionalism at a Hilton.

Nice hotel with oceanfront views. Few things that I would like the hotel to look at:
1.) balcony is always wet from the ac condenser, slippery for little ones and inconvenient entering the room and to the balcony.
2.) the sink under rims was dirty with black residues falling out.
3.) the hooks in the bathroom was coming out of the walls so we couldn’t use that.
We did enjoy our stay. The breakfast was a plus! The staff all were friendly.

We stayed one night on our way to Myrtle Beach. The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. We had a last minute guest add on and it wasn’t a problem. Didn’t need to change rooms nor did they up charge me. I paid for a high room and was put on the fifth floor. Was expecting to be on the seventh or eighth floor due to paying more for a higher floor.

Perfect location for a beach getaway! The room had just what I needed and was within walking distance of anything else I could want or need. Complimentary breakfast is a huge plus! Staff reached out periodically to check in with me which was comforting.

Quick Check in. Great parking although it’s 20.00 per day. Was able to hear live band from Hilton everyday which was nice.
Bed is harder than floor. Don’t stay here if you have back or neck issues you will be worse when you leave.
Dogs allowed in eatin area not good even being dog lovers.

Kim at the front desk was wonderful and all staff were courteous and helpful. Easy parking. Room was good overall, a few minor repairs are needed to some non-functional electrical outlets, backing on the curtains, trim in bathroom. Room was very clean. Would be great if real eggs were served at breakfast and more low carb options were offered. The dogs in rooms nearby could easily be heard; sound insulation between rooms is not so great. Would it work to have certain floors designated for guests with pets so that other guests could have a quieter stay? Overall a good experience.

Very clean hotel. Everything was wonderful. Good breakfast, and comfortable beds. The staff was beyond friendly. They felt like family. I needed medicine late at night one night for a headache, and they had Tylenol very reasonably priced along with everything else you may need in the lobby! Pool was nice and clean. Easy access with your key card to come in the side door. Takes you straight to the elevator.

The property was quiet but the room smelled like someone kept a dog inside. Unfortunately, the linen and bedding was in poor shape and not to mention the condition of the bed and pillows was unacceptable.

The View from our room was Excellent!! It was clean, maintained pretty well. We had a couple nights where we wanted to sleep with the balcony door opened to take in the Ocean Breeze, so a screen to keep the bugs out would have made that experience perfect. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Our stay was great. All the rooms have a great view of the ocean. They are also ver pet friendly for our golden. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was tasty. They do have a pizza restaurant attached that was also good. I will say our room had the best shower I’ve had in years. The water pressure was strong and much needed after a fun long day at the beach. I would stay again.

We love the location, beautiful ocean view, bathroom is roomy and bathroom has powerful water flow. Breakfast's menu changes on different days, which is great if you stay for couple of days.
However, pool's water was too cold for my boys, and they do like cool water. Toiletry could be improved, provide more toilet tissues for customers that stay more than 1 day.
We'd definitely come back!
