I've stayed at this same hotel for my annual trip to Cincinnati for a veterans event the past three years and I've had a pleasant experience each time. Perfect location in walking distance from the levy and all the attractions it offers.

The room was large and spacious, besides the toilet/shower area. That area was kind of funky. It was difficult to close the door once in the room because of lack of space. My family and I also werent fans of the breakfast. We didnt find much selection we cared for. Many others seemed to enjoy it. Very safe feeling hotel. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. And the views were incredible.

Great stay! We were there for a couple days and loved the location. Very walkable to get to the cute Newport on the levee and the reds stadium. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Great location for ball/football games. If you’re looking to have breakfast there in the morning, make sure you use the tongs. They run a tight ship at the breakfast nook.

2nd time staying. Second time reservation was wrong again. Payed extra for city view but got loud street side. Lady at counter. We can't do anything for. Hotels.conlm screwed up. We can not upgrade you. Go away. Next guest in had issue too
She was rude to him as well even when co worker said she was wrong. Just keep blaming the guest. They never take responsibility in this place or try to correct issue
Do not clean rooms on multi night stay. Charge extra for parking. 1 lady at desk very friendly during day. Evening lady was plan nasty to all.

Very nice room; however, I have stayed at Hamptons with better service and comfort in the past. For example, I stayed at one in Rookwood/Hyde Park area and left with a to-go bag.

Close to everything I needed to see. People or employees sleeping in the eating area! Breakfast was not all that, No waffle maker! Overall was OK!

Overall the hotel was great. The pool was cold and the breakfast was not very good, but we just went to breakfast at a local diner the second morning. Location was excellent as well!

Booked through Expedia- got to the property & they did not have any rooms for the night even though my reservation was confirmed. I was still charged the full amount & I was not given a waiver for another night.

Spacious, clean room facing downtown Cincy. The bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast selections with lots of hot options. We have stayed here on multiple Cincinnati trips, and will come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was beautifully clean, up-to-date and so convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. Excellent restaurants nearby and the river and aquarium was very close. The only drawback was when we reserved our room. We received an email confirming and it stated that parking was free to registered guests. Upon check out we were charged $10 for parking and I could not find the email until after we had already begun our return trip home. it was only $10 but frankly it still bothered me. Even so, we would stay here again.

Tyler was absolutely amazing! Had an easy check in and answered all questions I had. He even made my daughter happy once we got back from finding out the concert we were there for, for her was canceled.

From check in to check out we experienced excellent customer service, even the night shift staff was so helpful and friendly. Location was perfect as well. Will definitely visit here again!
