Great room. Hotel was nicely decorated. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices. Halls were quiet. Bathroom was great with a nice shower! Loved it all

Very close to many attractions. Staff were very friendly, accommodations were somewhat comfortable and very clean.

The hotel was very comfortable. The dining room was nice, one morning the scrambled eggs were a wee bit runny but otherwise good breakfast. The bed/pillows were comfortable, and shower had good pressure. It was nice to have a iron/board in the spacious room.

The trip was brilliant, was originally only staying 2 nights and we ended up staying for 4 nights. The food in the bar was fantastic, pool facilities were great and rooms are great. Staff are all lovely and friendly😃

Enjoyed our stay at the Killarney. Had a good meal in the hotel restaurent, enjoyed some live music and a few drinks in the eveneing. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

It is a very large and spread out hotel so if you have a lot of things I recommend unloading and then parking. The facilities in the room were nice - the shower was clean and had great pressure but the sheets were not the most comfortable. All around a good choice - and excellent breakfast! It was very loud so if you’re a solo traveller or couple taking a holiday without the kids and who like it quiet, perhaps chose a different place

Nice stay here. The service from thr restaurant staff stood out for us most. There were some childrens facilities that we wasnt aware of til departure. A little explanation and introduction from reception wouldve improved our experience. Also felt thr photos were a little misleading.

Terrific property and staff was extremely helpful and gracious, really enjoyed our time at the hotel and surrounding area.

The location was very good. The room was clean. Found the receptionist that assisted us was unfriendly. Felt that we were an inconvenience to her. The toilet wasn’t very good. Needed about 4-5 flushes to get rid of waste.

This is a wonderful property and good value for the money. The rooms are big and well-appointed, and I really enjoyed having a suite with multiple rooms for family to stay together. The spa/fitness center and dining options are great, and the big breakfast included was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very quiet. My only ding is that it is a good 20 minute walk from the historic city center, so it's not super convenient to most attractions and activities. Given the large size of the hotel and number of guests, I would encourage the management to consider running a shuttle downtown very 30 minutes or hour. That would make this hotel perfect!

A great location - so close to Killarney National Park, and the town center as well -Hotel Killarney had everything we needed for our stay. A modern, comfortable room (very comfy bed); modern, impeccably clean bathroom with sheet towels (bonus!), and excellent water pressure. The hotel also had a wonderful breakfast spread (hot offerings, multiple breads, cereals, yogurts, cheese, pastries…etc. We did not go hungry!). We loved it. The food was so great, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night, and it was also fabulous. If there is a downside to the place, it’s a minor one. The hotel is rather large - so you could wind up as we did: on the top floor, about as far away from the reception area and restaurant as I think you could get. That could make for a bit of a trek each time you need to go for for a meal, or for a day exploring the area. (Upside of that? We really got our steps in!). We were in Ireland for almost 2 weeks, and Hotel Killarney was by far the best place we stayed in terms of room, hospitality, food … and value too. 10 out of 10. 🙂

We stayed one night at the Hotel Killarney. The location was good with an easy 15 minute walk into the heart of town. Breakfast buffet was included and had pretty extensive offerings. There was plenty of parking in the lot. The hotel is very large and if you have mobility issues I would suggest requesting a room closer to the lobby and elevator banks.

The first room we were put in had a fan going in the bathroom that would not turn off and the cold water tap didn’t work so they shifted us to another room and that was lovey.

The hotel lobby and food were excellent. So was the service. Long walk to rooms and with no AC the windows barely provided airflow. Probably better in cooler months than May.

Despite being a bit far from the main streets of Killarney (15 min walk each time) it was a busy but great hotel to stay at. Large breakfast buffet and restaurant/lounge, friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. A little bit of noise from hallway and other rooms despite being in 'quiet' section but otherwise excellent place to stay.

Lovely stay at this hotel, staff were all very kind and helpful. Check in was easy, parking is available on site and location of hotel is not too far from the town. The food was excellent, kids club and leisure centre was great for the kids and room was nice and spacious.

Stay was nice. There were tour buses full of tourists that took over the place. Food was good and the two men who played music in the foyer were wonderful. A little out of the way from the town but a quick taxi ride to the center

General the hotel is good, rooms are big but not well ventilated, window doesn’t open or very tiny space, no Air conditioning in room. TV is small but not that bad. No robes, Keycards were not always working. Swimming pool is really good and good gym too.

The staff were always responsive and helpful and the breakfast is excellent.

Over all it was a nice stay

The rooms were on the scale of a motel 6 The place is huge - it’s impossible to keep it up to standard The food was awful I would definitely not recommend or stay there ever again.
