The check in process was terrible mainly due to one of the Sr guy manning the reception

It was fine, not really close to anything, think they provide shuttle service for 1 mile radius in addition to the airport but not positive.

The walls were like paper. I could hear the person in the room next door snoring, entire conversations anywhere in the hallway.

I stayed one night to be near Newark airport for a trip the next morning. The hotel is capital B basic. It met my needs, it had wifi, the room was clean, but I wouldn't call it comfy. The young woman at the front desk was nice and answered my questions. The refrigerator and the heat kept kicking on throughout the night and both were very loud. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. There is a free basic breakfast and they have free shuttles to and from the airport, so if you need a basic place to stay for a night as you travel, you found it. But if you are on vacation in the area, I would avoid.

So at first I was a bit concerned because some of the reviews were good and bad, but after my experience I’m definitely going back, the front dest as soon as I came in were amazing, checked me in fast and easy, hotel was very clean, my room was very clean and cozy, big bathroom, was able to pur some drinks in my fridge, everything was exceptional i definitely give it a 10

Stuff very unfriendly, didn’t give any information. The only word it said it was 100 dlls for incidents, housekeeping was very loud and knocked doors before 8.30, don’t come back to this location.

It was a quick trip and being close to the airport was fantastic!! The staff was wonderful for a super late arrival. The beds we decent and the gym was great too!!

Ease in checking in. Clean, quiet surroundings, amenities are amazing. Did not like the overnight parking fees…I didn’t have to pay this the last visit a few months ago

I did like there shuttle service. It worked and was timely. I did not like there was broken ac on room. Had to change rooms. Also the staff seemed unhelpful or disaffected --first and last time

Not the worst or the best Holiday Inn ive stayed at, this particular property has a good staff but the condition of the elevators, hallways and rooms were not in the greatest condition.

Stayed one night pre cruise. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast good. Would stay again.

Rooms were not clean. Hair on toilet, in shower, in towels and sheets!!! Moved to new room and it was the same thing. Poor cleanliness

Only thing, is the smoke slarm went off at 5am in the morning because someone was smoking in their room. Other than that, the customer service was great.

Overall it was ok. The property isn’t well-maintained. The shower was a bit dirty with water damage on the ceiling. The mattress was old and not very comfortable. The elevators had zero ventilation and were hot and stuffy. Staff wasn’t overly friendly and seemed annoyed with guests.
