Was escaping Hurricane Milton. This was a stop over hotel, one night here, then several nights in Miami then back to this hotel. Good stay, good hotel. Clean and convenient.

We wer staying before leaving for a cruise. It was convenient. And a nice free breakfast!

First the rule sheet you sign at check in is ridiculous. Second the water to the toilet was off in my room. Turned it on then everytime i flushed water would come out from around it. Hot shower was a joke. No hot water the hole time i was there. Doors slamming and people being loud all night.

The staffs were friendly. The restaurant IHOP across the parking lot is a plus. The rooms could use a little upgrade and the bed. That’s all suggestions I have. Thank you!

Filthy! Rude service and not ADA friendly. They may have gotten rid of the roach problem if they cleaned the room. The bed was so high I needed a stool to climb on the bed. The bathroom floor was slippery we had to ask for bath mats to keep from sliding. The mats were disgusting so I had to use towels which remained wet for 5 days and were never changed. Not to mention the toilet overflowed on the first day and the front desk staffed accused me. It was fixed but they did not clean up afterwards!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The motel is older, so a bit rundown, but clean and good staff. Reasonably priced. It's near my family, so I would definitely stay there again.

The room was the older room. We were across from laundry and ice machine. People would yell at night. Had to walk up stairs said not down stairs rooms available. Looked around in morning and there was. Had to clean everything off. Old furniture with mold or green stuff. Metal flasks in shower had to clean it. Pillow lumpy.

Mr Martin at checkin very helpful and friendly. Room clean, bed just ok, towels nice. good water pressure, Nice shower renovation but some mold, TV very nice and finally someone knows how to tune those satellite channels, WiFi strong and reliable, Lamp receptacles worked and nice tight fit for plugs, Breakfast was nice selection. impressed overall with staff who were welcoming and eager to assist if needed. Nice location in the trees attractive.

The staff was real pleasant at this hotel. This is not a family friendly hotel I was highly disappointed in Ramada. There were teenagers smoking weed and drinking outside in front of their rooms. They had a tv hooked to a video game and was playing through the window. People were walking around high on other things and in underwear. Banging on the doors and windows through the night. My children were scared. This reminded me of a homeless or crack hotel.

Neighbors a little bit noisy 2:30 AM SMOKING WEED, smells coming inside the room thru the A/C system, i have to open my door and ask them to please not make to much noise.!!! Everything else was a 5 Stars.!! Compared with other similar hotels like this one.!!!

When we left I forgot to tell front desk that our tub faucet dripped all night. Room 255.

The hospitality was great, and when items were requested, staff made sure to accommodate. The room was in great shape, minus the bathroom floor being a little dirty, but everything else was great!

Overall good experience, I recommend this hotel, easy check in, hot continental breakfast, clean room. Only inconvenience is they charged by card twice and had to wait couple days for one of the payments to be placed back to my acc.

My room was dirty, it smelled, they floor needed shampooing, I had on white socks the filth from the floor turned them brown, box spring had a big dirt stain, just not very good unlike my last experience

Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the outlets were old and worn out. Plugs didn’t want to stay in. There also weren’t many outlets and no USB ports.

renovations were being done so I get that if you are going to renovate do the flooring throughout, I would not walk barefoot on the floor the rug was disguising it was dirty should have been replaced, no plunger in the room tried to call the front desk and no one answered. Beds were comfortable. The dresser I was not able to put clothes in the 2nd drawer the bottom was unattached and clothes would have fallen through. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The grounds are beautiful. Full of shady live oaks and right next to a park on the Hillaborough River. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, with lots of items, including biscuits and gravy, sausage and waffles. Would stay here again.

Were the area is situated is good the room had a BAD smell the area around the hotel was soso clean. In the cafeteria the breakfast was not that bad to do the whaffo they two machines but they are to close to each other there’s no space for the others person to use it. The room they need to do a better job with the smell.
