I never got to stay because first I was told 50 dollar deposit was made which my card matched up with the same card as I paid for the room upfront and then they reversed the transaction because all of sudden they changed the deposit to 100 mins you I hadn't got the 50 deposit back on my card and I called or contact whom was thru hotels.com Expedia it was the worse conduct I have had ever in all the times whether renting or staying or both the African American individual at the front desk was rude and was the one to change prices all of sudden which made me wonder if he. Wasn't trying to do something I don't if the 50 was even reversed refused to give me the paper to show it was reversed it was pouring down rain and had to find another hotel. I know they have flagged them it was bad deal and that area is very dangerous also too many homeless people out and around the hotel that shouldn't be there

I work nights and the maintenance people were right outside my door literally with a gas powered pressure washer at like 7 am 2 of the days i was there

The hotel is outdated. Carpets are old and dirty. Blankets and towels were stained and one of the blankets had cigarette burns. The stairwell stunk extremely bad. I had to hold my breath when going down.

I was not able to check in because i was traveling with my cat. When i looked at the hotel information, it said that they were pet friendly. Please update your site to say dog friendly! I lost my $$ and had to go to another hotel.

Me and my son fell by the pool because the ground was not safe. The microwave didn’t work in the room or the refrigerator and the hot water didn’t work.

First they tried to over charge me for my stay. The lady at the desk wanted to argue with me. I showed her my recipt on my phone for how much I should be charged. She proceeded to tell me that screenshots, and black and white proof does not matter. The evening fromt desk lady was rude and said I would be slandering her by telling the truth. Very hateful lady. Room charges got fixed when I spoke to a manager.
The beds had stains on them. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the breakfast selection is little to none. Id recommended another cheap hotel with better customer service. One who cares about their customers. The "Best" Western Airport will no longer be an option.

The desk lady was very rude. Not just to me but I heard her being rude to the guest in front of me at the desk.
There was a party going on in the rooms below us.
20 plus beer bottles outside the room and smoking marijuana outside there room.
I was traveling with my 6 year old grandson and we had a 6 am flight the party was going on all night with loud music and screaming. Nothing was done to stop them.

My only issue was I was unaware of there being a $50 deposit due upon arrival that could take anywhere from 3-30 business days to get returned to my account. Also, upon checkout, I was expecting someone to go inspect my room with me to finalize the deposit. But was told the housekeeper does that. So if I don't get my deposit back, then it's their word against mine, and pretty much screwed. Nor will I even be informed of the status of the deposit.
One other thing, what's the harm in taking the free breakfast back to your room to enjoy? Really? Not allowed to take food to room unless you have a voucher with permission due to an illness or similar circumstances. And if you're caught, they're gonna charge you for it?! Please tell me where that makes any sense at all.
Other than that, great place that was very clean and comfy.

The room was clean and good temperature. The bed was comfortable and there were a lot of tv channels. The complimentary breakfast was good with several options.

Room was hot. When I first arrived about 7pm the room was hot. AC was set on 60 and was not cooling. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because west sun was beaming directly in window and I had door open a lot getting my things into room so maybe I let what cool air that was in room out. Finally about midnight cooled down enough to sleep. Would have complained to front desk but did not want to deal with woman at front desk not very friendly at all so I guess shame on me. Floor needed vaccuuming as there were beads on the floor from kids jewely stepped on them. Had to put up $50 cleaning fee (in case I made a mess or tore up something) and a $50 fee for my Chihuahua in case he made a mess which he did not so I hope I get my deposit back. At checkout they said 7-10 business days so we will see. Lady was very nice and helpful at checkout. Bedding was clean didn't find any bugs.

The room reeked like urine couldn't sleep due to the smell. When i reviewed it on Google the owner came back and said he couldn't verify my stay. Wont stay here again

Staff person when I arrived was very rude. She never told me anything regarding my stay about breakfast hours nor provided a tv guide. Room had a very bad odor. I tried to explain to her my service dog use and she did not let me explain. I stayed at three other hotels on my travels lately and all of them understood my issue. I even offered to provide a doctors letter but she was not interested. I stayed at another Best Western in Tucumcari and it was outstanding. Big difference from a large city to a small town. Stayed here twice. wi-fi was in and out, second time room not clean floor needed to be vacuumed due to having cut grass all over the entry of the rooms' floor

Let preface this that we weren’t expecting to need a room but our city was hit by a tornado knocking out power and two days later I’m still sitting in the dark. I feel fortunate to find a reasonable priced room. But this is an older hotel in a somewhat sketchy part of Tulsa. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room fairly clean, but it had an old building musty odor to it. I am glad we had air conditioning but it’s a one and done.

I like the place being close to the airport, and better than others down the street. Also, reasonably priced.
We didn't like the loud noisy neighbors, that partied till 3 am. We did not get a good nights sleep at all.

The Best Western Airport was an Inn (not a hotel). My bed side table lamp and vanity didn't work when I arrived but was fixed within 1 day. The other thing that struck me as odd was the closet didn’t have any door and the suitcase was above. But the staff where Friendly, room was clean, and the price I booked was the price I paid.

Well they were very strict about having no dogs but by the time we got into the room it stunk of residual marijuana smoke. Neither my girlfriend and I smoke so I can tell right away. Other than that the room was clean, but it was definitely a good stench of Marijuana

Staying here was a nightmare. Pulling into the parking lot, I could immediately tell the area was not very safe. Upon checking in, the manager was rude and called someone a “moron” on the phone while I was checking in. We chose this hotel because it was labeled as pet friendly, but we were told we would have to book a second room because we had 2 dogs. I was told this was “company policy,” but I stayed at another Best Western 2 nights later and they said that multiple pets are allowed in one room. There were people hanging out in the parking lot all night, the bedsheets had yellow stains on them, and when checking out in the morning the staff was incredibly rude. Overall, this was a bad experience and I don’t recommend staying at this location.

For the price you can't beat it. Other comparable rated hotels in area are horrible. The hotel is older but was very well clean the towels were nice clean and soft. Although not in the greatest area of town it site kinda secluded on its own making for a safer feel on the property. I was very very happy with it. And they have smoking rooms, A for us smokers. I'll be a return guest when ever in Tulsa.

This is probably the best motel in Tulsa, that also has smoking. The prices are phenomenal, the rooms are SUPER clean, and it has a Subway right in the motel.
I came for one night and ended up staying, basically, a week.
The room I am in has been absolutely fantastic. Everything is nice, tidy, and actually smells good even though it's a smoking room!!
I'm very impressed by every aspect of this and I will be staying here every time I visit Tulsa (which is about every month).
