The toilet was messing up so I enjoyed 3 out of 7 days after they fix the toilet situation, I was good yes after the change my room I was good

When we walked into our rooms it smelled like cigarettes. There was hair in the sink. There were only 2 bath towels for a room of 4 people. The toilet paper was left over from the previous guest and ran out immediately and there were no extras in the room. The blankets had cigarette holes on it. The iron wasn’t not working and I had to borrow the one from my kids room because they were short staff.
It seemed like some of the rooms are being used to rent to low income people.

When i saw The picture on the site … i said This is decent but the moment i saw The building .. i made The wrong place … i thought Maybe the room is way better…,the moment i saw The room … the sheets has cigarettes burns… the tub is not clean… walls dirty … remote control tv is dirty …the curtains are falling off … the whole place needs help… wall to wall … ceiling … floor … everything … what a horrible room to stay at ….i learn My lesson …. Pics … forgot to take a pic of the tub …

Room was filthy. Blood stains on walls doors, bed, floor. Nothing was clean, shower had no pressure. You could see through the bottom of the door.

Do you want pillows? Bring your own since the few provided are half sized and only 10th filled. Do you want to charge your phone? Nearly every outlet doesn’t hold the plug; just falls right out. Hungry for breakfast? Pre wrapped tiny danish and capri sun. Pool is drained with no sign of ever being used. Plenty of cosmetic issues in the room with baseboards peeling away from the wall. Lastly, possible mold in the bathroom with whistling pipes from both the toilet and shower. We got no maid service for the three nights we were there.

It had roaches and the towels were stained and the bed blankets smelled like pee. But wonderfully the price was great for 7days. Convince by stores and food and freeway. Pool was clean just no room services while there had to ask for clean towels and take out my own trash

Dirty. Old. But good employee at the desk. And they allow cash deposit so the next day I was able to have $150 in pocket plus I got a smoking room which is hard to come by this day and age. But sorry as hmm. Like they never wiped down the blow dryer. The walls in bathrooms and through the room are disgusting. Pillows were horrible quality I didn’t even pull down the blanket and didn’t want to take a shower in that bathroom.

Not safe! Do not stay here if you are a woman traveling alone! Dirty, doors have been broken into and do not close properly, light fixtures ripped out of walls, electrical chords gone, very filthy. Do not expect a refund if you booked with Expedia.

I took pictures of the beds, disgusting. I bought a matress cover that zips around YOUR mattress. I boughts sheets and a blanket. No coffee pot, fridge didnt work, light sockets were broken and or missing. No iron, but an ironing board. Gang activity with drugs involved, management see.ed to not care. Fights were a normal thing.

This was the worst hotel I stayed in the ac did not work there wasn’t enough towels the bath tub floor was disgusting broken and stained. There were ants all over the place.

The room was in a very poor condition. There were black stains all over the doors and the walls and the toilet was not even clean. On top of that, the room was crawling with ants. The front desk agent was kind enough to show us more rooms which were still as bad so she approved full refund.

The top lock is missing. Walls and sheets are dirty. Comforter n sheet had cigarette burnt n smell like someone smoke in there. Table leg broken, lamp cover broken and a lot of dent and stain on the walls. Coffee maker dirty and iron looks broken. I didn’t want to touch anything. Just sleep and leave. Socket cover is broken and sofa dirty.

The property is a state of distress. It needs a lot of work. Our first room, the door had a 1inch crack when closed so the AC was ineffective in 115 degree weather. The second room had a window that was stuck open and wouldn’t close. The grounds were run down, the pool out of order (and empty hole in the floor). We cancelled our stay with the property and left. I cannot recommend staying here.

The hotel clerk was asleep when I walked up to the counter. The room smelled like smoke and rotten food. It was disgusting. I will not recommend to anyone.

hotel staff was friendly and accommodating but the rooms were in horrible condition. Had to move rooms 3 times. First the door wouldn’t open, then the second room has the fire alarm hanging from the ceiling with one thin cord holding on for dear life, the AC unit wasn’t working while the weather outside was 115 degrees. Then i was moved to a different room for the third time and the sheets had stains and wear and tear, the shampoo and bar soaps in the shower were open and half used, the location wasn’t the worst but definitely won’t be staying there again.

Not happy, e of the 5 electoral outlets did not work. I use a c-pap and could not accomodate my use . I my iron was not in room. I needed it for the next morning interview. They brought me an iron to accommodate my lack of iron. But next morning when trying to use it( it was broken) could not be accomplished. I called front desk but they said nothing they could do.

This hotel is really old and needs repairs. There is no pool. Also one microwave for the whole hotel and its in the srea where the front desk is and it is never open. They are always on break it seems, some of the staff is friendly. Also they will make up issues about your stay to keep the deposit. Also a week later they charged my card for 60 bucks claiming it was for 5 stained towels. However during checking out they charged someone $10 for one towel. There was 5 towels, so why were we charged 60 also why a week later?

We got charged for the night and had to find another place to stay because the windows on the 1st floor were broken in. The room didnt have electricity. Stains on sheets and pillowcases. Mold in the shower and toilet. Wasp’s neat outside window. It seemed like a residence for people on crack. Very scary! The pictures on website was not a honest description of what the facility looked like. Bait and switch job!!!!!

I didn’t stay. The front office was not open. I waited for 40 minutes and they never showed up. I opted to go back home and drive in the morning because the conditions of the hotel looked bad as well.

Room smelled like people have smoked in the room in the past and attempts to clean or remove the smell has failed. If it’s not smoke, it’s dinginess and or dirty carpet
