Over night to catch an early flight

We were not impressed. No hot water and perhaps the noisiest room we've ever stayed in (they should offer ear plugs). While a refund would be preferred, we would also appreciate credit for another nights stay towards our next free night.

Usually splurge and stay at the embassy suites but honestly not sure why it's so expensive for this area. For the value this place was perfect. Room was comfortable clean. Breakfast was a variety of things, and it's minutes away from the airport and Portland. Would return.

My biggest only real issue with my stay was that the air conditioner was incredibly loud. And not just ours. It sounded like trucks were constantly running outside of our room but when I checked there weren't even cars parked outside. It was the ac units of other rooms running!

Property is convenient to highways and local dining. Breakfast provided was well maintained and had a good variety of items for everyone. We travel with a dog and the rooms had vinyl flooring which cleans better and does not allow fleas and dirt to thrive. Overall good choice for anyone looking for a reasonable hotel

Beds were comfortable. Thermostat was a bit hard to work and the battery was low. The bathtub had hairs in it and the bathroom door was filthy, numerous dried splatters on it. One of the pillowcases was stained or had something smudged on it. Overall we were comfortable but a little grossed out.

Room was okay. Not the cleanest. Old face clothes shoved under the sink. Mold on bottom of shower curtain. Room was very noisy. Could hear people next door, a lot of doors slamming, as well as people talking in hallway.

We stayed at this location as part of a 5-day trip to northeastern US. The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate and easy to find. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection of foods. It was a nice stay.

The computer disconnected my reservation. We had to get keys redone and they didn’t clean our room or give us clean towels.

This hotel was close to the Portland airport. Easy drive into town, Old Port, Port Elizabeth, etc. Quiet, beds good, remodeled recently. A slow draining tub only complaint. Breakfast offered options, was ok.

Great hotel, very clean, and affordable. Lobby small and only one desk clerk so we had to wait a few minutes to ck in but clerk was apologetic and efficient. Room on the smaller side but King bed was so comfy and I would have purchased their pillows if it was offered! Free breakfast had all the basics. Overall a great place to stay if you're a couple traveling through.

I needed the internet for some serious business matters and it was reallly poor and intermittent.
Called the front desk and was told there was an issue and it was being worked on.
It wasn't resolved that night nor by the time I checked out the next morning.

I got good shuttle service to and from the airport besides the usual accommodations of a Comfort Inn facility. I was very happy.

The staff were all really friendly. Hotel is just ok, dated, toilet needed double flushes, not eco friendly. Bed was super comfortable, other guests were kind of loud and upstairs people kept me up until 12:30 am - not the hotel’s fault but I could hear them every time they walked across the floor or slammed a door. Breakfast was ok, typical, not great and one poor man trying to keep up with everything. My dog wouldn’t eat the eggs, if that tells you anything. All in all a serviceable stop but nothing special at all, with very friendly staff and a comfy bed. Probably would try somewhere else next time.

Overall, for a Comfort Inn I thought I would stay there again until I found a cockroach on the wall in our room.

This hotel was so dirty had a handicap room which we needed, but there was rust all over the handrails. Bugs hair in the shower definitely not worth $200 a night.

Stayed there in mid-July for one night to take an early flight out in the early morning. Nice staff. Ample parking. Clean and quiet room. Very close to the airport.

Ver convenient to the Jetport which is good and bad: airplane noise at times. Nice continental breakfast with good coffee. Easy to get to town also. Would go back.

Since we were arriving at midnight, I expected that this hotel would be easy and quick to find. IT WASN'T. Make sure you study a map before leaving the rental car site.

The hotel was nice. We stayed on the second floor near the laundry room which was very loud. There were times when our room was very loud for the machines shaking. The breakfast is OK. We ate it once during our stay. The staff was nice and was able to help and answer questions. The room was clean and during our 3 night stay housekeeping cleaned it up for us once. Location is at least 15 min drive to downtown Portland where everything is.

This hotel was just fine for a last minute stay toward the end of a longer trip. But I would not choose it as a base for a longer visit.
No restaurant in walking distance but there are a few delivery options.
The property itself was clean and the rooms were comfortable.
