Room clean. Room and hotel is dated. Needs refreshing updates, especially considering other hotels nearby.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and smelled good too. I would definitely stay there again.

First room they gave me, you had to go up two steps once you got to the second floor. This was impossible when you are handicapped and have a luggage cart full of items. When I told the attendant, he made me feel like I was bothering him in order to change the room. The AC/heat unit made a lot of noise all the time so much you couldn't hear the TV, so we turned it off and ran it while we were out. Everything was old and chipped, and the bed was uncomfortable. The free breakfast food was poor, so we went to a restaurant for the remaining days.

We checked in late (with a reservation) on a Saturday night and were given the final room left in hotel. The room was not clean (dirty rags in the corner, makeup splatters on the wall, dirty hand print on the wall in the bathroom among other fun surprises). In addition, the room smelled moldy but when we asked about changing rooms we were told there were no other rooms.
In the morning, we realized that the room not only smelled moldy but was incredibly moldy. There was significant mold on the ceiling in 8-9 places, all around the AC unit, and the window which the light of day made much more visible. We asked for another room but it was still sold out so we checked out that morning and moved to a different hotel.
Since that point we have been trying for over a week to get a refund for the second night of our stay even though we checked out after the first morning and didn't stay the second night. We have gotten run around after run around and are fed up with this hotel! It was awful.

Everyone that works here are great at there job. The check in process was quick and easy. Rosa keeps the rooms clean, always has fresh towels. Parking has enough spots for the quest.

They was very friendly polite quick to check in decent breakfast clean rooms I typically don’t tip the maids but Rosa did such an amazing job on our room I left her some cash 10/10 would stay here again

All the girls at front desk are great , always greet you with a smile and a hello. Was able to answer any questions I had, very helpful. When ever I needed anything Rosa is the go to, she cleans the rooms.

The room was good. The door was extremely bad, we got locked out couple of times. The reciptionist replaced the touch key but still it wasn't working. Then after multiple tries she made it work.
They replaced ammenities in both days, cleaned the room- as it supposed to be. Breakfast was fresh but limited options. Overall, it was a good place for the bucks.

This experience has completely changed my view about Ramada properties. I will never ever book stay with Ramada. This was the worst experience for me and my family. Rooms smelt like smoke, dirty, unhygienic smells that can make people sick.

Carpet in hall stained. Breakfast area needed apples or fruit, oj dispenser was out of service for the 4 day stay(suggested go to Ingle's and buy a gallon for guests(no response). No water left out, no yogurt after the second day. The breakfast area was meticulous with the gentleman that cleaned it, but the offerings were not replenished. There needs to be an emergency pull cord button placed in the wheelchair accessible bath tub. If you fall in it you are out of luck. There are other similar hotels nearby to consider.

The room was clean, out towels had hair in them and the bathroom was questionably clean.
The breakfast was stale and the juice machine wasnt working meaning my no-coffee family had nothing to drink.
For the price, I expected MUCH MORE.
On the other hand, our room was at the end of the hall, 2 queens 2 pullout couches and the most floor space I've ever seen in a hotel, we could have fit 2 more queen beds in this room which was nice.

A little wear and tear on this property. Outside was cleaner than most hotels. Room had a shower rod about ready to fall off the wall, so the shower curtain was a little off. Someone was at front desk, she said her room was unacceptable due to mold or mildew smells. Our room was a little stinky too, we turn the a/c on and the smell was better.

It was a great value. Clean and in a safe location. It is a bit older but not rundown. We would stay there again.

Room phone did not work. Shower head spewed water over the shower curtain onto the ceiling and floor., l tied a hand tower around the shower sleeve and contained the water spew inside the shower /tub. I reported this to the night attendant. I used a shoe string to tie the hand towel around the shower sleeve.

Food for the breakfast, they limited how they served the food and then it was the same thing. Nothing different coffee could not get it served after breakfast. Then the Young people at the counter were not very friendly. Need to work on Customer Service and the cleaning staff needs to be trained.
