Great place remodeling it very nice

There was construction happening which was fine but the door would not lock at knob, needed to use the top latch. Also, the floor was very dirty/dusty. Had to wash feet in the morning even after an evening shower. Pillows were too flat. Looks like the rooms will be nice once done.

No water between 3.30 pm and 8.30 pm. 100$ from credit card for possible damages, this is a scam, money is in their account for a few days, then it is refunded

Currently under construction. No television. Very sketchy place

They took a 50.00 deposit from me for the hotel stay. Me and my family left early the next day. We left the room in perfect condition and to this day never got my deposit back. I called the hotel several times and all they do is give me the run around. This is a horrible place, with druggies running around all hours of the night. If you wanna get ripped off stay at this hotel

Since I had to travel to Tucson for work-related business, I chose this hotel. Little did I know how run down it looked when I arrived. The area looked a bit sketchy and the room are definitely old. If I had to stay longer, I would have chose a whole other hotel to stay, but since it was only for one night, it worked out ok. Not sure I would stay here again.

I saw bed bugs in my room Staff very friendly

Online looked like it would be a decent place to stay. Was glad I brought saddles to wear at night floor was disgusting. I now realize why you don't see to many pictures of outside grounds it looks very sketchy. Spent majority of the night checking on my car instead of sleeping. Had to go to store to buy cleaning supplies to wipe room down. Did not want to call to have one of their works to clean because they obviously didn't care enough to do it right the first time.No longer staying at any Red Roof Inn after this.

Arrived to hotel and no water. Had to use office bathroom and couldn’t shower. Day of check out no water again. Couldn’t shower again. Only received a small credit for big inconvenience.

Property was under renovation, so was pretty empty. Guess next to up played loud music past midnight. Positive point it was very close to freeway.

Room had lots of small flying bugs and bathroom could have been cleaner.

It was early evening and dark. Drove up to check in and the lobby was in a separate building which seemed unusual to me. Then I had to check in though a glass window because the lobby was locked. I instantly felt the area was unsafe. I was then informed my reserved room was not available and got a room with two double beds. We were tired so we took it. People were gathered near our room area just hanging out. It appeared the entire complex was going through a genuine remodel/upgrade but dry wall remnants and junk was everywhere. If I had known they were going through an upgrade we would not have booked here. The room was just basic but on the tired side. The TV remote was missing and we needed another pillow. The front desk clerk was very good in taking care of these two issues immediately.

Bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. There was bugs in the room. No room service during the 2 days I stayed. Hopefully the remodel rooms are better.

It’s more on the business side of town so more industrial but was okay cuz freeway exit/entrance just a few feet away so not bad. They had what I think was a security there on site during the night so that was sort of comforting..

Stayed two nights was very peaceful

Everything was great during checking in. There were only a few bathroom supplies missing like bath soap and one of the towels had a stain, maybe a blood one. Norhing to get out of my mind. Beside this I was glad for booking here.

I never stayed deposit to high n they still took my money sad because that wasy only money

I checked into my room on monday for a monday-thursday trip. The bathtub had hair in it. The sink had hair in it. They never once came in to clean or restock our towels/ toilet paper. we call the front desk at least 3 times with no answer. The next day they locked us out of our room and said "oh i thought you were leaving today" and that was on tuesday. They only have 2 blankets on the bed thin as paper. We had to go buy another blanket. For 67$ a night with no breakfast and hair in the room i would not recommend this place. Please do not go here!!!

This is a motel that looks like it was condemned and yet they are selling rooms. The whole property is a mess and there is no way anyone should be allowed to operate a hotel there.

Pool was green. Property was dirty and outdated.

Perfect place if your goal is to exchange goods or services. Best thing this place can do is a matchstick upgrade. Room smells, dirty, drapes are duct taped, crack in door when closed. Cut my loses and left to find lodging elsewhere.

We found it very disturbing that they cleaned the room and there was alot of stuff under the bed , like a dog collar and some trash, but they advertised having this nice pool, and that wasnt the case. we left and went to la Quinta inn reid park. Seemed very unsafe.

Property run down. Needs renovations and updates. Not in the best part of town.

Didn’t get a good nights rest

It’s normal noisy because is close to the freeway , the bad thing is that there is no lights on the signs of the hotel !! So at night is almost impossible to find, this is the second time we stay here and still no lights

Never recommend any reasonable person.
