Room was spacious and laid out so everything was convenient. Very clean located close to restaurants. Price was reasonable.

Our room smelled like dirty socks. The staff gave me a bottle of air freshener but that was all he did about it. He was apologetic though.

Great place to stay to go to Wyoming football game

The service, lobby, room, pool, exercise room, and breakfast were exceptional. A hotel we will return to should we have need!

First, way over charged on room rate. Second, if you’re charging $440 per night you expect your room to be done up with new towels and empty the garbage. Quality Inn did neither. I had to get both done myself. On the positive side Staff was nice.

Good stay but at 0830 housekeeping was knocking on door to clean when we were checking out that day seemed a little to early when we didn’t get in till late and check out couldn’t have been till at least 10 most are 11 but we couldn’t even find one posted

We enjoyed our new me night stay. Pool was nice but hot tub was out for maintenance, which would have been nice to know, since we picked this place for that reason. Breakfast was great! Entrance and exit into the parking lot was narrow and seemed small.

This property lists hot tub as an amenity. Because of 2 previous disappointments over non-working hot tubs, I called ahead to ask if it was working. The response was “As far as I know it is,” She LIED! We reserved a room, checked in about 3 hrs later, changed and went down expecting a nice, relaxing soak after a long day. There was a sign on the door stating the hot tub was down for maintenance. Other guests told us they had been there for a week and it had not worked since they had been there. How could management have not known??? She clearly lied about it on the phone. The front desk clerk could have mentioned it also while we were checking in but didn’t. It may not be important to some people, but was the main reason we chose this hotel. I am very angry about being lied to and staff not offering accurate info at check in. I will never trust this chain of hotels again if that is how they operate.

Great place

The stay was good, everything was clean,. Improvements? New carpet and the chair upholstery was poor.

Great breakfast. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Limited parking. Nonfunctioning exercise equipment in the fitness room.

We were planning to stay 2 nights. The carpet in our room was so dirty walking across it in bare feet left feet black. It’s in bad need of a face lift, refurbish, paint, and THOROUGH cleaning. Left after first night. Won’t book there again.

No added value. Breakfasts was very limited. Clean and convenient.

Rates seemed extremely high for this style of hotel. I understand the shine frontier days were taking place and that probably had something to do with that. Staff was really good overall and the breakfast was good. Just need some TLC.

The hotel has very dirty carpeting throughout. Bathroom’s condition is very poor. Breakfast was below standard. It is not The same quality I visited this hotel chain before in many paces.

Good room

Lily at the hotel was awesome! She was quick to come out to the hottub and get it working right after I went and said it wasn’t working. She replaced a filter and added hot water. She was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Hotel does NOT HAVE TRUCK/RV parking. The Orbitz amenities description says they do, but the parking lot is fairly small and they have a sign saying no trucks or large vehicles. We had a Uhaul and trailer, arrived at 3:30 PM on a Sunday and found space. But, the lot could have easily been full - and I don’t know what we would have done then. Maybe park at Walmart down the road. It was a bit tight maneuvering out as well. Otherwise, good breakfast, clean room, nice pool and hot tub. Good staff too.

If there is ever a perfect hotel Quality Inn is it. Front desk clerk very friendly, professional, and he picked the best pizza place. We stayed in a king room, bed was way comfortable, AC cool & quiet. Fridge freezer froze our bottled water which is what we wanted. Breakfast setup flowed effortlessly, food was good, great selection hot or cold. Too die for coffee!
