Very good. This is my third time using this hotel and it has never disappointed me. I'm so grateful to them.

Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too!

Overall the room was great and even though i didn't have a view if the Elbe, I had a lovely view of the Christmas Market. And i couldn't hear the noise. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. However, there was no kettle provided. The hotel bar did cocktails, but couldn't do classics like negroni. Beer was slightly pricier than bars a few minutes away. I didn't really enjoy the bar.

Great stay and very close to all the touristy places in the old town.

Very well placed hotel. Just next to Elba river opposite to `Old City (5 minutes walk). We were with our dogs and loved extensive walking areas next to hotel

I wish the pool was free to use and breakfast was included.

Everythhings was perfect :) due to fully booked hotel I got suite without fee :) the personal was really friendly and peofessional, i will not heistate any second to come back

Wonderful hotel, great location.

We had a very pleasant stay in summer of 2022, me, my wife and our two dogs. We have already booked next year to stay in Dresden at Bilderberg hotel :)

Very nice, authentic hotel, friendly staff. Please take care that the big parking lot behind the hotel is easier to find.

Stayed there for two night and booked a suite - which was so big that one can get lost in it. It has a dining area, lounge, a separate bedroom and spacious bathroom, with a view of the old town and the Elbe. It's also conveniently located - only a short walk to cross the bridge the old town. The staff was nice. I just wish I had been there in summer!

Great access to the alt stadt

This hotel is in a great location, just over the bridge to the older part of Dresden with great things to see within walking distance. The staff were also very helpful for information and recommendations.

Hotel is nice, breakfast is good. Room cleaning is suspect as we found a leftover sandwich in the minibar from previous guests. Hotel is advertised as having a pool but they charge for use (7.5 EUR per person) so we didn't use it.

Super location on the river, nice hotel and staff. Good, but basic breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was lovely, it looked and smelt very clean, comfortable room, and helpful reception. Good location. My only criticism would be that it was around €7.50 to use the pool facilities, which felt very expensive. We didn’t use them for this reason.

A classic ”city-hotel” with all needed facilities except dinner (maybe because of COVID-19). The hotel parking is under dimensioned and was over full with cars Aso in the roundabout and on the walk side. Very nice hotel, great location, walking distance to Neustadt zentrum und train station, 10 minute walk to Altstadt, beautiful view from the window of the river and Altstadt, everything seems recently renovated, beautiful garden behind the hotel, nice mini bar selection, food available 24/7 in the lobby. COVID-wise, I felt the place was VERY clean, masks required in lobby / hallways, and I felt safe the entire visit. Only issue -- the bed was a little too firm for me, but that's completely subjective. I would recommend and I would stay again.

The staff was very friendly the room was clean the only thing i did not like was that the bar and the restaurant was closed as well as the sauna and there was no place exept in front of the door for smokers so i had to stand in the rain they dont have any place to sit for smokers
