Good hotel, nice rooms. Good parking if you are lucky enough to get in on the small lot in front.

This was a nice hotel. It was quite a long walk to get to the room from the elevator and the floors were a little uneven, but the location is convenient and close to many restaurants. Parking lot filled up fast and was not very smooth. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked fine. No breakfast, so not a great value, but we stayed there on our way up north and again on the way back home, so we were happy with our stays.

Average property, dated accommodations! No coffee provided in the lobby! Was available in room, however no bottled water provided. Restaurant connected was excellent with a bar!

The check-in was wonderfully smooth, the instructions and guidance were clear. I received great replies to all my questions, the reception staff was professional. I also received support with the booking of the airport shuttle and it was great and smooth too. My room is awesome and clean, and I appreciate having a laundry service on the same floor. I highly recommend.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was congested. Loby area was congested and very busy.

Room as not ready at check in nor a hour later. Front desk was suppose to call when it was ready. After dinner, still no room clean so we went to another hotel.

The uneven floors throughout the hotel were a bit of a surprise, and they caused me to stumble a bit at first -- especially since the "typical hotel carpeting" made it impossible to see the irregularities. I'm a power wheelchair user, but do not travel with it, so mobility is always an issue for me. However, after a day or two, I was able to navigate the hallways with ease. The front desk staff were fabulous! Since my arrival was at 3:00 a.m. on a Monday morning, I believe I met staff who worked all shifts. Of particular note is Mark, who worked the overnight shift. He was friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were fabulous -- friendly, thorough and efficient. If I could make 1 suggestion, it would be to have umbrellas available for guests to borrow while there. It rained for most of the days that I was there, and I didn't travel with my own umbrella. Many upscale hotels offer umbrellas for the guests to borrow. It's just a thought that I hope you will consider -- for your guests' convenience.

Good location and clean updated room.

Great location

We stayed in 4 different rooms over about a week (as we were planning day by day) and every room was great - clean, quiet. The location was great for walking to the river, for food and shopping. Parking could be tight but lots of street parking in the area. Phillip was most helpful during our stay. The restaurant Tony’s which is attached was great as well!

Sternwheeler was adequate & comfortable. Improvement is needed in (1) provision of telephones in guest rooms & (2) basic room servicing (trash cans, towels, coffee pods etc) every 2 days & not just as a result of repeated guest requests.

The location is convenient but the building was not quiet. Parking is limited but we always seemed to find a spot.

Right in the middle of downtown and easily walkable anywhere there. Basic, clean king room. Very clean and quiet. Excellent wifi. Two cons - beds were pretty hard and we got parking (last stall) on a night they were full but had we come later we’d have been parked away from the hotel.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Restaurant was good and the airport shuttle was appreciated! Hotel is centrally located in Whitehorse and easily walkable to attractions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We travel with 2 dogs and they were very accommodating.

In the past 2 years, this has become my go-to spot for lodging in Whitehorse(16 nights total). Parking can be a pain, but it’s convenient and free if you’re able to get a spot on the property. The staff are always helpful and have a positive attitude!

There was not parking facility

No room phones, every second day room service and no extra blanket in a poorly renovated old building do no constitute a $300/day hotel room not even in Whitehorse!

Better safer parking

The floors were uneven - slanting up to get into bathroom. Property itself was clean and staff nice. There were a lot of people roaming around outside at night.

Property is clean and smells good all the time. The staff is friendly and attentive. Would be nice to have a restaurant that is open for lunch as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Hotel was clean and quiet in our room

This is a great option to stay at Whitehorse, the location is very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. It has an space where the closet is, between the bedroom and the bathroom, where you may change, take out your boots and arrange your luggage without disturbing the other person in the room if they are resting. Good choice, clean and confortable.

Old building, cheap tissue, broken fridge, cheap mattress, extremely expensive!!!!!
