The good thing was the travel distance between my destinations to and from each location.
The concierge I believe her name was Patricia was very nice and accommodating. the room looked like it was under remodeling. And the view was 3 Conic containers out back

Being renovated. Decent room. Tv didn’t work even after front desk tried to fix it. Pool was nice. Breakfast had limited options. Close to eateries.

The only thing positive i have to say is that the front desk was very helpful with changing my check in date. Other than that, the experience was not so pleasant. My room was next to a vacant room that was getting renovated. workers were there at 5am banging on walls and making a bunch of noise as they worked. Above my room was the same thing, getting rest was very difficult. The view outside my window was a container used for storing the workers tools and things like that.

I’m as very dissatisfied with my stay. It was extremely dirty inside and the room smelled horrible. I have severe asthma and the room had a horrible stench like smoke. I don’t feel like I should pay full price for my stay. The wall was peeling off, dirty bathroom and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. Please respond with assistance regarding this matter. Thank you

Can't wait for the new look. The price was a bit much for the condition of the room in my opinion. The stains on the couch and the carpet made it feel like the room was dirty. I hope you complete the renovation soon as it's a great place to stay for a quick trip.

Rebecca at the counter was very nice and helpful. Carpeting seemed to be coming up away from the floor. Walls were peeling and looked like they might have had water damage or something. Didn’t feel that safe walking around the area but the door had 2 indoor locked so that was helpful. For some reason it was really light in our room even with the drapes closed. Kept waking up thinking it was day time but it was still the middle of the night.

Those were NOT queen sized beds, no matter what front desk says. The top lock was broken, so we used the chair for extra resistance just in case

This is a very basic hotel with mismatched furniture and outdated amenities. It served a purpose on a long trip but it needs some extra time spent on cleaning.

The first room we received SMELLED TERRIBLE. The second room we received was a DISASTER, HAD BUGS, and looked like it had been fumigated. The hotel refused to give us back our deposit or a refund for the room. We immediately left and went to another hotel. I would never stay here again.

We got the suite and it was nice , very clean spaceous, the pool looked so nice and clean. The pillows are soooo damn comfortable !! Very clean, the bathroom was big !!! Had a nice relaxing stay. The front staff was so nice and very quick.

Overall the stay was good, just the couch’s mattress is so wear out that when you lay down you can feel the metal on your ribs. Not comfortable at all.
Definitely need an upgrade.

The pool was clean & pretty. When you walk into the lobby, that was nice. The rooms were old and ugly. They had no vending machines. And the continental breakfast, what a joke!!! The amount of money they are charging! OMG!! I should be refunded, it is not worth the $112. A night i paid.

There were rooms that had tarp up for curtains, the rooms had items that were broken or severely damaged. Beds were outdated and you felt springs poking you and the rooms just weren't clean. When I contacted the office staff for some assistance on items that were broken, they just told me that they couldn't help me because they were sold out for the night and had no other option for me.

I had just left a very undesirable location once I arrived here. It was a much better experience. Although, I did think I was supposed to have a microwave in my room.

This place was dirty and poorly maintained. there was a hair in the shower. All of the pictures were hung crooked with drywall screw threw the frame of the pictures. the furniture was old and beat up as well as mismatched. We ask to use the business center and the did not have the password to use it. Then we had some business to go over and were told we could not sit in the breakfast area and there was nowhere else to sit and use a computer and work. I did not have a good experience at this hotel and would not recommend it,

Walls in room had alot of wear & tear, found trash behind tv dresser. Couch was leaning/arm broken and stained. Bed skirt was dirty & stained. Check in wasnt easy due to their policies/payment methods not being posted or on the website. Entryway of room and around building had a cigarette/marijuana smell. Pool area had towels left on chairs. Close to highway so can hear cars/ motorcycles. 4/10.

Check in staff was great and the hotel was clean. We were able to charge our EV overnight and the breakfast waffles were delicious
