Room had black looking substance around ceiling in bathroom. Carpets where flifty, when u walked in hour varw feet it turned the bottom black. Roo. Smelled musty. Loght in bathroom would shut oof automatically when u where showering, leaving u in the dark. Lights on nightstand by bed counded be plugged in no wall outlets.

Well the first room was ok, the carpets had just been cleaned so it was atill drying and smelled a little midewish...However i wasnt going to complain as i had paperwork to do. However there then was no hot water!! She says its out in that building until tomorrow....OK SO Y RENT IT OUT LIKE I DONT WANT A SHOWER AFTER PAYING $67....They switched my room and that buildings NOT AS NICE...THEY HAVE ROACHES AND THE ROOMS JOIN SO I WAS WOKE UP TO A BUNCH OF KIDS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING....OH AND SWITCHING ROOMS YEA THAT TOOK A HOUR OF MY TIME....YEA SO MUCH FOR GETTING THINGS DONE AND HAVING A PEACEFUL STAY.....A ACTUAL ROACH WAS CRAWLING BY THE TV UGGHHH...

Room was outdated and didn’t feel clean. Staff was awesome but that was about it.

The room needed some real repairs not just a quick fix so they could rent the room. One side of the bed had no bed side table so I had to walk around the bed to even put a cup down.

Very convenient for my purpose. Older property so always some issues that could stand updating. Rooms are older, beds of lower quality than higher end properties, but overall value good for a quick stay.

Convenient. Clean enough. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Felt safe. Affordable, with easy access to attractions in the Lake Erie Islands.

It was so bad I made a report to management. The entry door was out of shape and could barely be opened or shut; you could not get cold water out of the sink, it was scalding hot, had to wash face in bathtub; the toilet and seat were loose (plus being extremely low); the curtain on front window didn't have a liner; light all night. Very disappointing!

Paid for two queen beds but only a smoking room was available on the first floor. Husband is handicapped so can’t do the second floor. Had to accept a king bed room at the very back of the building with no decrease in price. The room had a horrific mildew smell. The bedding was actually wet from the humidity. The bathtub was extremely slippery, tv remote had a dead battery, only one ice machine for this very large facility, only one bedside lamp, bathroom light burned out so we had to shower in the dark. While the front desk woman was extremely nice and efficient, we would never recommend this facility nor stay there again.

Well, I booked a reservation for a wedding that I was going to attend to until I was diagnosed with Covid. I tried calling the hotel and asking them if there was anyway to cancel the reservation due to my illness and I was told no and charged my card anyway. Wasn’t happy with the customer service I received over the phone. As far as the room, paint in the bathroom was not done right, tube was slippery when I used it. I don’t recommend this establishment.

This is a very old property that needs rehabed. But i have to say the bed was comfortable.

I arrived at 5 and my room was not ready yet. I inderstand that sometimes help is scarce but the manager was less than professional. We figured it out and she was overwhelmed but it wasnt a great experience. The hotel itself is old and showing wear. My sheets were clean and the bed comfortable though. Breakfast also had decent options.

I booked two night for my daughters softball tournament that was in town. We also had a couple of other families staying in the same hotel. When we walked in it was small but doable. We weren't going to be spending much time there at all. Left for the evening. When we came back we looked over the room a little better and it was just unacceptable. The bathroom was filthy. Gunk stuck to walls, shower was disgusting, mirror had toothpaste splattered on it. Food stuck on the walls of the microwave and food left in mini fridge. The blankets and pillows had musty gross smell. There is no way they were cleaned. They advertised a pool which was the main reason we booked with them. Nope, it was closed. The television has horrible reception on every channel. Out friends had the same experience. We all left and went somewhere else at 12:30 in the morning. I would definitely look somewhere else if cleanliness is important for you. This is not the place.

Pool was closed, which sadly was the reason we booked the stay. Staff was polite in helping move to a nonsmoking room and helpful with accommodations.

This facility had a lot of options for parking, a grill which was bustling and lively, friendly staff, and the room was clean! This was in a walking distance from eateries and across the street from a WalMart. The coffee machine was missing a piece so I could not use it, and the neighbor I shared a door with must have smoked a lot because after the first day it smelled like smoke somewhat but not terrible. Overall great experience!

This property was clean overall and the staff was helpful but it is very old, dated, and just shabby in appearance. There was a hole in the shower wall where the shower head comes out and the tub was gross. There was a broken down car on blocks in the parking lot. This place did the job for a night but don’t expect to be too comfortable.

One electrical outlet was not fastened to the wall which made it unusable and some of the lights did not work. May be just a matter of putting in a new bulb. Very minor deficiencies. Overall a good place to stay. The staff was very friendly and the room very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Room was musty smelling and had ratty carpet. They placed my wife (who was traveling alone) in a room near a bunch of rowdy, drinking traveling workmen…no regard for common sense safety. Absolutely will never consider this property again. I would have moved her to another hotel but most in the area were sold out.

After waiting in the lobby for 29 minutes before i was finally greeted to find out they switched my booking to a 1 bed and i am a family of 4. They said they could not switch me to a doble bed which was my origibal book. So we asked to be refu ded which hasnt been done yet. We also had 2 other families with us that checked in and then checked out that night due to dirty mold and bugs. The pool was closed and dirty. I dont recommend stating here to anyone

Black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Hair on the bathroom shower wall, Blankets had hair all over them, & a dead bug in my daughter’s bed. Packed up when we saw the bug, asked for a refund and left. Had to go back and talk to the manage, who seemed caring face to face. But wouldnt return my calls so fighting for information about the refund

Staff was very nice. People smoking on balcony of non smoking building, room smelled like smoke. Other than that, served its purpose.

Bed was great and slept fine. The only problem was next door were dogs barking and if I knew you allowed dogs I wouldn’t have come in allergic

due to some kind of mixup between travelocity and the hotel I requested a handicapped room on first floor when I arrived there were no handicapped room avaible and only room on 2nd floor with stairs to go up kind of hard to do with bad knees

Buildings show there age. Repairs to property appear to be poorly maintained and,incomplete. Room was not cleaned during four day stay. BAD Management.

I had request a first floor handclapped room through the travelocity site that did not go through the only room the had was a 2nd floor and it was hard with a bad knee

Ok for a quick stay. Microwave and fridge in room nice. Carpet, chair and mattress needed replaced. Almost no rooms available in town due to sports and graduation.

The property was just fine.

It was okay for the night. Did however find a cockroach in the room 😬

The entire staff was very kind and helpful! They addressed my needs quickly and more! The room was very clean and comfortable! I would stay here again!

The room was really clean, the staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient! There's a handful of food options, a Walmart, and a couple gas stations right in the same little area.
