We had a nice family stay. The service was good. The carpet could use a little cleaning, but the rest of the room was clean.

The a/c didn't work in the bedroom. They charged me $5 to park in a huge outside parking lot that no other type of suites would ever charge for.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms which was a great option for our family-,and a great deal. Breakfast was also great!

Our room did not have cooking pots or utensils for us to use. It has a full kitchen but nothing to use in it. The refrigerator was missing glass shelves so you couldn’t use the bottom drawers in it. There was only 1 big towel and 3 hand towels for a room that was registered for two adults. The floors in the room that were not carpet were dirty to the point the bottom of my feet were black. ( this was in the kitchen area and the bathroom area)

It was old and run down and they have roaches this isn’t a good place to stay. I would never stay here again

Very spacious and clean

The room was fine but the outside areas needed to be cleaned. There was trash on the sidewalks and in the area in front of our room that seemed to be there for days.

The rooms are becoming shabby I remember when the stay was excellent 5 stars

The room 631 that we were assigned to was comfortable and well equipped. It had a full sized refridgerator and stove along with a microwave. The king size bed was comfortable. There were areas that were dusty and when the air conditioner was running there was a musty oder. The room was also on the third floor and there are no elevators in any of the buildings so if you have problems with climbing stairs you may want to ask for a room on the first floor. The breakfast was very good but only served between 7am - 9am. The employees that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. All in all it is a nice place to stay but be aware of the lack of elevators.

Upon arrival we learned they over booked the room that we reserved, so they upgraded us which was nice. The staff were friendly but not very informative. We were not told breakfast times until we asked multiple times. When we made it to our room my first impression was it was nice with plenty of space but upon further inspection it wasn’t very clean. There was blood on the shower curtain in the second bathroom, the carpets throughout needed a good steam cleaning as they were stained everywhere and sticky. All of the cabinets in the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen needed to be wiped and cleaned inside, as well as both vanities in the bathrooms. One of the doors on a kitchen cabinet was hanging on by one screw. The sheets and blankets were clean and smelled freshly washed and the beds were comfortable. The pillows on the other hand were stained and smelled horrible. Also they are feather pillows and offered no support. We had to make a noise complaint for the guests above us twice. They partied until about 3 am and their kids ran back and forth until about midnight. I love the idea of the apartment style room and it fit our family very well but overall the cleanliness could have been a lot better.

It very old and outdated property, nothing is like name. Rooms dirty , even bedsheets were dirty and it has poops stain on it . Terrible experience.

Was disappointed that there was almost no kitchen utensils and pots/pans. No kitchen towels, pot holders. Room was comfortable but felt dirty. Smelled like smoke when we arrived. Pull out bed was broken. No extra linen for pull-out. Kids used blankets they brought from home. No extra pillows for pull-out.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL

when asked for towels was told to come back after an hour, because there where no clean was available. Which was not a problem, but I went back 3 times before any where available and when I asked if someone would pick up the used towels, he gave me a plastic bag and told me to bring them back. There where people playing very loud music and banging above my room, well past 2am and no one told them to quick down. Also someone was playing basketball at 7am Sunday morning making enough noise to prevent me from sleeping. To add insult to injury, the staff was not very friendly.

I didn’t like that I had dog food pieces on my floor and I don’t even own a pet. There was a urine smell in the entry way as well of the room.

Kelvin was an absolute failure in hospitality. Even upon revealing this stay would be the first there was zero willingness to offer a sense of welcome these direct buy hotels should be pleased they even have business as inflated as everythings' become

Very unique set up. Looks like an apartment complex. Once you know your way around (They provide you with a map) it’s pretty cool. Convenient location between Philadelphia and Atlantic City which allowed us to travel to both in our short time.

Staff very friendly, just have a hard time on check in due to problems from hotels.com communication with the hotel. Other than that excellent place to stay.

Where do I begin, I had a 7 day stay and our room did not get cleaned until Friday we checked in on Monday. Carpet was filthy when we got there and wven though we asked the cleaning team to assist us theyndid not. We did not have enough towels for everyone in our party. The air in the room did not work properly, and the air did not go throughout the rooms. The microwave burned anything we put in it. The ice maker in the fridge also was not working. Overall i can say this will be our last stay there. To anyone who picks this place prepare to be disappointed.
