Door was locked and no one would answer the phone. Apparently the place had no rooms available. Booked on Expedia.

I decided to choose this hotel over the regular one i say in when in the area. This one said they offered beakfast and a pool. Come to find out they didn't have either and not even coffee in the common area or a pot in the room to make your own. Definitely not worth the price. I will stick with my regular place that is $100/night cheaper and has coffee. Very disappointed with the misrepresentation of amenities. Staff said they changed over 2 years ago and the website hasn't been updated. Not mad at the local staff. Corporate is making it harder on locals just trying to do their job.

Teran the GM is great. Loved having the kitchen and full fridge. Room was spacious and location is excellent. Easy access to highways and 2 malls nearby. Plan to return on our next Indianapolis visit.

As soon as you walk in the lobby smell gets you. You can also tell it has not had an update since it probably opened. I tried to give it the benefit of doubt and still checked in. Our room was on basement level and room was so bad i checked out right away. I would not recommend this hotel even in an emergency l.

An employee was sitting in the lobby in the morning talking loudly on her cell phone on speaker. You could hear it down the hallway. Very obnoxious,

Shower not as clean as I would expect. Some updating needed in the bathroom. Overall good for price and last minute reservation.

No elevator. There are accessible entrances. Stained sheets, and dirty blankets, hair/dust ball in bathroom. Kind of musty smelling.

Will never stay or recommend this hotel. Room smelled like wet dog or animals.

It was ok, no shampoo etc just 1 bar soap. No night stands next to beds or lamp. Elec switch across the room to plug in phone Not so easy. Beds rock hard.

Easily the best extended stay I have been at. Definitely recommend

The only real problem was that the room has a kitchen. However, they dont stock it with dishes, no pots pans etc. No way to make hot drinks in the morning. No ice machines anywhere. There were 2 plastic disposable cups, one bar of hand soap.

Average facility. The door to enter the hotel back door was unlocked. I was told it would be mentioned to the repair person. I asked for sheets etc for the pull out couch. She brought sheets but no blanket or pillow. Our keys did not work in the door. I had to go back to the front desk. The new set worked poorly. Extended Stay now offers absolutely no kitchen items. No towel no dishes, no silverware, no glasses, no pans, no dish detergent. There was only 2 large towle and 2 face cloths in the bathroom. No hand towels or kleenex. Nobody mans the front desk in the evening. The window has a large metal piece over the window. The front desk was not open in the morning when I tried to check out. Wouldn't recommend this facility.

When I arrived to check in the agent explaining that there were no other rooms available, but I was allowed to view my room to see if the older was tolerable. Unfortunately, I only had 30 minutes to change to attend and engagement at 5:30. When I arrived to the room, the window was open, I did note an odor however over the night the older became worse. The following day, I was unable to stay in the room any longer, and I checked out having to find another hotel room. I would not recommend this hotel. The bathroom sink was not clean. The carpet was badly worn with holes not to mention the stench was horrific.

On the downside: Not staffed around the clock, No phone to the lobby and at night no one to call. Vending machines too expensive, no ice machines or drinking fountains. The persons around my room were noisyh at night,. Sounded like they were dropping a bowling ball at regfular intervals. Admitting clerk was very nice. a ray of sunshine.

This hotel is absolutely horrible staff is rude place is dirty and they tell you that you have to clean your own room on check out or you will be charged. This is my 2nd bad review of this hotel in the last 2 days after I posted the one yesterday the Joke of the hotel manager called me after I wrote it and told me if I didn't like it there then leave not one time did he ask what the problem was or did he try to address the issues just wanted me to leave. I've been all of the country in 1000s of hotels motels and this place by far is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed Carmel Indiana should be ashamed of having this business in the town what a joke

Front desk manager "Charlotte" was very rude to me and unwilling to resolve problems that arose from my room reservation. Because of her lack of professionalism and disrespectful demeanor, my family and I have chosen to shorten are stay at this hotel from 14 days to 2. If the availability was therebtonrelocotebtonight to another hotel, I would not have given another fine to this place after the way that I was treated today.

Unfortunately it was not clear if you arrive after a certain time the whole building is locked down and you have to call for a nighttime person to come unlock the lobby to check you in. We called the number at 11 pm and waited until 11:45 to get fully checked in to our room and given a room key. First the systems were down, then the system wouldn’t take our card so I had to provide a different one. We just wanted you to go to sleep… Asked in the AM if we could even check out an hour later after all this and were told a firm no. No flexibility. No compassion. Inconvenient. Property itself was decent. Fridge needed a deep clean.

Nice place but NO amenities!! No hand towels, only wash cloths bath towels. No coffee maker. No shampoo or conditioner. No ice in the building. No tissues. No breakfast.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Great value and quiet location.

No hair dryer. No one at the desk to check out and give us a receipt. We had to leave the key in a place where anyone could take it and enter a room.

We checked in on Friday night, the front desk woman was very sweet and acommodating. She saw i was having difficulty walking and suggested i drive around back to park so i didn't have to do the stairs. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. It's also good to know that the front desk is only open from 10 am to 10 pm on the weekends. I read this in a previous review, they only give you 2 towels and 2 washcloths per room for your entire stay. So just be prepared.

I Disliked Everything about the Reservation through expedia to the hotel and beyond because I was told a week ahead of time through expedia and the property itself that my reservation would stay the same and I could check in on Saturday without changing my reservation due to the fact my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and she had to have her 1st dose of chemo on Friday. My reservation wasn't there and my son & I didnt even get to stay the night!

The staff were all super kind and friendly. The hotel needs a lot of TLC. Musty smelling, dirty looking and not worth the cost.

Not a lot of room amenities

Staff is very friendly and property is in good shape. Carpet in assigned room could use replacing. When occupants in room above me walk it’s extremely loud floor creeks. Other than that it’s what I expect. Caught me off guard no grab and go breakfast or coffee

The hotel reception (charlotte) was very kind/helpful! The hotel is a little dated but the room was clean! That is the most important criteria for me! I was traveling to/from downtown Indy and this hotel was conveniently located to interstate! More importantly, I felt comfortable in area of hotel location!

The room was clean. The facility is older. the floors were sqeaky and very loud. The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Will not stay again.
