Nice and clean

I booked a King bed. When I got there we had two Queen beds. They said it was because Hotel.com had over booked king rooms. Very disappointed as we need a King bed. Not sure I’ll book this way again.

Very clean. Nice place to stay. The breakfast was really good, the omelettes were a nice change from the usual scrambled eggs and were really good!

Like warm water both days!

Unfortunately the couch and chair in the living room was very uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom vanity was way too small. It was a large bathroom, there was plenty of room for a larger vanity or even double sink.

We spent a day at the Hampton Inn. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the space needle and you can also walk down to the Sculpture park. They have ample parking and the room was clean. Breakfast is included too.

Parking for mini can a challenge. One garage too low for entry, others were a tight fit but we were able to find a spot

A three night sightseeing stay. This location was great for reaching everything. We did not require a car. Bus to/from the zoo.

I luked everything with this hotel.

The location is convenient and walkable distance to space needle.. and other attractions. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping.. The staff are courteous and accommodating specially Erin.. Breakfast included. Completely satisfied.. will use it again

Great property, friendly and helpful staff! Very convenient location.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite. Just wish I had longer to stay and enjoy the comfort and how squeaky clean it was. Beds were also very comfortable for sleep.

In the two days we were there, the workers mainly female, were extremely loud. They don’t respect that other people are sleeping. I dont mean about just talking, they were laughing and being extremely loud. It seemed they did care about guests trying to rest

The Inn building needs an update. Carpet in hallway looks old. Doors let hallway noise pass. Lots of concert goers here. Room feels clean. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

I didn't expect much, just needed overnight stay near the airport. This was probably one of the most comfortable beds we slept on during our entire vacation. It was very clean. The breakfast was good, standard hotel breakfast with warm good. I'd stay here again for the bed alone! Checkin/out was quick and easy.

It's a nice Hampton Inn & Suites. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't overly big, nor was it small. The breakfast was your standard, good hotel breakfast. It had hot food and a waffle maker, along with your standard cereal, pastries, yogurt... I'd see on a previous review that they struggled to find their reservation, so I had mine printed and ready. Sure enough, they couldn't find mine. I gave her my printed copy and that took care of it. Odd, they continually have this problem. They didn't ask if we had a car so we had to go back and ask for a parking tag. I'm not sure what is going on with the front desk. They were nice, but didn't seem well trained or something odd. The bed was reasonably comfortable, a bit on the hard side, but I prefer that over a saggy mattress. Our room was at street level. I had to be careful to keep my window shade closed if I wanted any privacy. I'd probably ask for a room on an upper floor next time. There is more than one parking garage so parking was easy. I'd stay there again, but I wouldn't go without a copy of the reservation.

The king bed that we had was absolutely horrific. It was extremely firm and did not of course extend this to a good visit as we did not get any sleep. The couch was a pull out but it had a bar that went across our backs. It was a horrible night.

we reserved three rooms and each room was perfect. Everything was clean and ready for the family.

I spent one night at this location. The next day I boarded a ship and went on a cruise.

Location was excellent! Just a few blocks to the Space Needle and Monorail to downtown. After reaching downtown Pike Place Market and Waterfront just a few blocks down the road. We walked to T Mobile from downtown. Great shopping and Restaurants around the area. Excellent Irish Bar across the street from Hotel. Staff was very friendly. Free Breakfast was good. Grocery store just down the road. Loved the hotel and surrounding area. Would Definitely recommend. Lots of Cruise travelers at the hotel.

Property needs to fix too many ice machines and refrigerators. Water leaks everywhere and smell of mold then bleach. Place is very noisy and bed were uncomfortable.

Loved the clean room and staff! Beds were a little soft and bathroom drains were slow draining but overall, very nice stay. Close to amenities for walking.

Great place to stay if you are going to a concert and its very close to the monorail which makes it convenient to get to town center shops. Breakfast was filling and staff was good at keeping stock full.

We were given a handicap room, it was first room by check in counter so we heard every conversation. Someone above us was bouncing on floor at 1am and right as you walk our door the carpet was wet and had a funky smell other then that staff was friendly and great
