I must say the dining area for Breakfastswas well worth it and clean

Honestly, when you've been in the road or working all day, this place is great. Clean beds, nice staff close to food and stores.

Sheets had burn holes and bed bug stains. Filthy room? Halls smelled of urine. Full of drug addicts. Shower door was broke. This place should be condemned and I wish I could get a refund.

The hotel had all basic amenities but seemed to be lacking in presentation and cleanliness.

Absolutely hated staying here. My husband and I stayed in town for a family emergency and needed a reasonably priced hotel so we toughed it out for our two nights. This hotel was dirty, smelly, old, outdated, and essentially falling apart. We thought about asking for a different room until we went into my brother in laws room and it was only slightly better. The room smelled and was half-heartedly cleaned so the floor was still covered in crumbs, dirt, and showed the sprays from spraying the floor with cleaner and somewhat wiped it around. Our bathroom also had a giant hole in the wall from where the fan should be, the toilet seat slid everywhere, the lock didn’t work, and there was a giant hole in the door that had awful patch work done to it in hopes of fixing the hole. Our room door also had the chain lock ripped off of it and also looked like someone had done damage to it as well. We could see smears all over the headboard that hadn’t been cleaned and we also had holes in our comforter and blinds. This hotel was awful. Prior to staying I read some good reviews but I’m confused about where they came from because of our horrendous experience. Don’t even consider staying here.

Sink was cracked, toilet lid loose, a/c wasn’t the best, all washers and dryers were broken, handicap bathroom in lobby was locked and couldn’t use it. Furniture in lobby was dirty and stained

Great staff and clean rooms. I booked for a night but quickly realized this was my stay for a week. Looking forward to the comfort.

Room floors were dirty and sticky. Halls were dirty. Food on the floors. Parking lot looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains from our room was incredible. The bathroom fan light was noisy. The parking lot and outside condition of the building was fair, and the elevator was small.

The coffee maker in room did not have all the items needed to brew the coffee. Coffee was only offered during breakfast time. The bed spread and sheets had wholes in them.

It’s slightly older building although they have tried to update some things and their service is great so it makes up for other areas lacking. The area is pretty safe and the others staying are nice.

We were a party of 3 and booked a double queen room because it stated it sleeps 4 online. Upon arrival, we were told we’d be charged an additional fee per night for having more than 2 guests in the room. We could not cancel our reservation without fee, so we were left to pay the additional cost. Breakfast was bare bones. Rooms were very dated. We had a 3 night stay and our rooms were never serviced or restocked with fresh towels.

I came here Friday morning to check in, got a room that smelt like cigarettes and absolute filth. Came here for a boxing championship and got absolutely sick because of sitting in this room for 5 minutes then demanded a new room and to cancel my night Saturday, within there policy of 24 hours and I was told by you guys that I would receive a refund from them in the morning because the manager has to do it, and then the manager was conveniently not there in the morning. The other workers told me that the request is in and I will receive a refund yet still no refund. Don’t stay here terrible, and on top of that they have no meat in their breakfast, they have week old hard boiled eggs as only source of protein. This place is comparable to not having a place to sleep at all.

Certain things where in disrepair and dated. Like toilet was loose at the floor and the seat slipped around. two TV remotes but only one worked, didn't need two. Breakfast we didn't use but noticed some staying looked like they were loading up for the whole day carrying plate after plate back to there room. Just the gread we see in this world today. Happy with staff and rates for our stay.

I have stayed at this property about 6 times. it is by far the best place I have stayed at - in this area. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms larger than most places.

Can't really think of anything I liked. The lobby and hallways smelt like marijuana, the towel hooks in the bathroom was broken, the sink shot water everywhere and the sheets had burn marks on them. Would not recommend.

We ended up not staying and checked out right away. The staff are SUPER friendly and great. However, the rooms have a very stuffy smell to them and it was so overpowering. I would describe the smell as a combination of strong cleaning products, old wood, and old linen. I have asthma and would not have been able to stay there the whole night.

The toiletries were used and not replaced or thrown away. The bathroom vent cover is completely missing. There's a notice on the one and only elevator that it was supposed to have been taken out of service, but wasn't.

Our room was not clean at all. Very stuffy and smelled terrible. Not much for breakfast. Hard boiled eggs just sitting on the deep freezer in a corner of the room.

The elevator did not work and I was put on the 3 floor.

Very dirty, looked like hallway hadnt been vacuumed in a week. Very old, needs updating.

Staff was very kind and friendly. I think the property could use some upgrading. It just felt a little dingy and outdated. My room however was comfortable. Basic accommodations and the price was right.

First room we were assigned was really smelly. We went down to change rooms, and the next one was slightly better.
