Friendly staff and really comfortable beds.

Staff were helpful and nice. Bed was so comfy and soft. The bathroom was so clean. The continental breakfast was more than I expected and was IHop comparable. So many options for a well balanced breakfast. I am so glad I chose this hotel for my overnight stay. Will stay again.

When we checked in lour reservations had been canceled and the hotel was sold out. I was on the phone for over 90 minutes trying to get the situation fixed. The hotel said Expedia canceled it but you stated the hotel did. After much back and forth I got a room next door. I was promised a $100 dollar credit for my trouble, no charge for the room at the other hotel and. Credit of $86 dollars as the other hotel was cheaper

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices were more than adequate. Stay would have improved if elevator was working. It was out of order for our whole 4 night stay. The hotel could also use some new towels.

The elevator did not work and we were in the third floor. They told us the wrong staircase to use, so not only did we have to haul all our luggage up three floors, when we got up to the third floor, we had to walk almost to the very end of the hallway to get to our room. Right by our room, there is another staircase that we could have used. Then when we got to our room, our key cards did not work, so we had to go back down the stairs to get our keys activated. Not a good experience.

Registration desk check in and check out gals were very nice and positive. The food was good and the kitchen gal was very kind and making sure the hot food contains were kept full. The maintenance man even stopped to help us as we were checking out. Kudos to the staff!!

The staff was super sweet. They wanted to hear about my family and what we were up to. The elevator did not work, though, so climbing up to the 3rd floor with my luggage was a bit annoying. Still, the room was quite spacious and the bathroom was huge.

Thermostat didn’t work in the room and the girl at the front desk didn’t seem to care. She also didn’t care that I was a gov’t employee and should have gotten a special rate.

We arrived late but the desk staff was attentive and let us in immediately. Every staff person we talked to was extremely friendly. Pool was clean and warm. Will stay again.

It sucked we came all the way from Wisconsin. Only to find the pool was broken bathroom door did not lock and for
the price of the room it was cramped. I work hard for my money and enjoy spending on my family. I will never be back here ever again. You get only one chance to impress me you didn't. No more chances.

I would love to leave a great review, but we came down for breakfast at 8:30 am and everything was empty. The food was all gone and bkfst wasn’t supposed to end until 9:30. Very disappointing. Thank goodness the pancake machine was still working or my son would have had nothing to eat. Even the milk was gone so cereal wasn’t an option.
