It was nice, it’s about 15-20 min. to N.O , but it was ok. Staff was very nice. Very convenient to shopping area and restaurants.

The price for the suite with extra room, kitchenette style was very cheap and everything top quality. Complete breakfast that went on pass most normal places hours. This will be my new place to stay when I'm in new Orleans

The hall floors were funky and had many crumbs. My room was located directly across from the elevator, which was a distraction as I would frequently hear traffic and noise. ON the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

Quick overnight in Nola.. front desk was exceptional and the room was very clean and comfy.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, could have had a better variety. Room was by the elevator, so it was very noisy. Overall not a bad place I would stay again.

I try to stay at Hampton in wherever I can because they are consistent, reliable and convenient. However, this location had the loudest doors I’ve ever experienced. They were slamming from late at night to early in the morning. Which not only jars you awake constantly, but upset the fog down the hall who would proceed to bark for 20 minutes after each door slam. I can’t imagine where the guests were going in the middle of the night and early in the morning, but it sounded as though they were opening and closing their doors for the fun of it.

This was our second time staying at this property. The first time was good; however, the second time we booked a suite. The beds were nasty and dirty with hair all over the sheets. The sheets were not clean and fresh. We asked for new sheets and because it was late when we arrived, we were told we had to come down and get the sheets or wait til the next day to get someone to change our sheets. The couch had stains on it and the floor was not clean at all. It was a bad experience. The customer service was good but overall the hotel wasn’t clean.
