Very good. Got a great deal on our room. Went down to bring in my first great grandson into the world. Even though the Hotel was under construction, it did not hamper our stay. Will definitely consider staying again. (10)days.
Wifi was a toss up. Other than that the room meet our needs.

Room was nice needed a bit vacuuming other wise clean. Took some snacks n drinks fr my grandkids and the was no lil fridge for drinks. Other than that was nice. But then again just stayed one night..😊😊

This location is better than others I have stayed at before. To the naked eye, things appeared clean. The bed was somewhat in need of replacing due to becoming worn down in areas and hard in others. However, I left a mostly empty cup of sweet tea on the nightstand and woke up to it covered in sugar ants. Housekeeping only comes once a week (on Wednesdays). So if you stay there for multiple nights, you will most likely have to bring your dirty towels down to the lobby to replace them. If you stay in the basic rooms available, be aware that they do not come with a microwave or refrigerator.
If you're just looking to stay a single night, this is not a terrible location. However, if you plan to stay in a hotel multiple nights then this is not the most ideal hotel.

As expected for the price and area. I stay here a couple times a year for work. Elevator was being upgraded so be cautious if you are assigned upper floors. Should be Done in by end of sep '24

I have stayed here for the last couple of years and the mattress on the beds need to be replaced with new ones. It's hard to get a good night sleep

Bed was extremely hard, no hair dryer, no refrigerator, no microwave....elevator didn't work....dirty hallways....lack of plugs on both sides of the bed....my wife couldn't wear her cpap as there was no outlet

I'm really unhappy because I asked for a room on the first floor when I made my reservation since I have a baby and a stroller, but when I got to the hotel, they told me no, and the elevators weren't working either.

The hotel was great. Like my husband said better than the ones in Laughlin. With a face lift to the outside would do wonders for the property. The rooms were great beds comfy. Staff was very helpful.

Customer service was good check in was good room was clean but did have a slight smell and room was very warm lowered the ac as much as i could but took more than an hour to cool the room and ac unit was pretty noisy. Over all was a quick stay and pleasant
