Good stay other than getting a complaint that we couldn’t have more people in room than the person that ordered the room.

My stay was good. The staff kept clean towels daily for me and kept my room clean. My only issue was sharing a room with the bugs. I killed three roaches and that was the first day. I almost went to the office to complain but tiredness got the best of me. Maybe in Texas it's not a big deal to see one or two gladly that was all I saw. The shower however was horrible. The water went down VERY slowly and the water shot out like a fire hose at times. Overall a basic room that needs updating.

Needed a handicap room because of my disabilities and was told it was under repairs . Motel looked almost empty, but I was put on the second floor. No ice machine. No breakfast or coffee.

We went to watch the eclipse. The service at the front desk was efficient and friendly. The manager opened the pool area for us to set up equipment for capturing the eclipse.

Tv didn't work. Had call to replace. No shower condiments. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Had clean bath tub before use & wait for hot water between showers. Front desk lady is not welcoming or make process any type of easier - I did all research. Work and she just take pymnts. Couldn't even telle if 1 bed, 2 beds, etc. But when I said well shouldn't it b my selection since multiple options listed, she said wouldn't have but 1 selection and she doesn't know what we select online, so I had go back and look... To end up with another type room (which is fine). No personality

This hotel was advertised as pet friendly , however my girlfriend barely moved the bed and the headboard which was attached to the wall fell and killed our dog

This is on a main strip with lots of traffic and even loud train traffic. It attracts some pretty shady looking activity in the parking lot and loud people in neighboring rooms. Walls are paper thin. If you can handle all that the stay is a fantastic value.

I was in room 211, when I arrived at 22:00 the guy in room 210 was sitting outside of the room in a chair smoking and listening to music, I said hello and he just glared at me as if I didn’t belong there. The room was painted in some wild bright colors. The towels and small and thin. The soap could be held in the palm of your hand because it was so small. The furniture was broken and old. The worst part was the shady people walking around in the middle of the night, it looks to me as the hotel houses low income people. I did not feel safe. Next time I will pay more and get a better place.

The shower pressure, fridge, and microwave in room were excellent as was the staff’s willingness to go above and beyond. The property itself is run down, dirty, and very outdated.

My stay was okay because I was traveling for a family funeral... The other guest was quiet my whole stay, didn't have to worry about anyone messing with cars or bothering you. The only thing I didn't care for the air conditioner, it wouldn't let us out a set temperature to our liking and it was basically stuck on 70/60 so through the night it would get so hot we couldn't sleep at times, but overall the stay itself was ok.

Total experience staying at the NITES INN was RUDE owners. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The onwer need to learn how to speak proper to guest. The room was damaged and in need of repair. The door lock is stuck and unable to lock the door when you leave. ALERT!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

You had to pay a deposit and extra for pets

Terrible! This place needs a complete overhaul! Everything in the room seems as if it came from the thrift store or is grandma’s leftover furniture. Dirt and grime throughout the bathroom. Toilet seat too small for toilet. Owner pulls up in his Mercedes!

Reserved room for myself and a couple friends front desk attendant was really rude, and nasty her attitude was very unprofessional and distasteful. It was almost like she was discriminating. She wouldn't allow us to check in stating "she knows our type" and we were being "dishonest" resulting in us riding around for hours trying to find a room ending up sleeping in our car until the next day because there weren't any available. This was the worst experience ever

Had a big gap under the door had to block with pillows for the room to get cooled off

Property is not appealing but didnt look too bad. My check in was pleasant (the lady who checked me in was nice, smiles, and seemed friendly) I extended my stay for two more nights. It was a different lady who checked me in this time she looked angry and annoyed. Houskeeping: I had the door tag outside stating I wanted my room cleaned. We were still in the room when housekeeping came and asked for her to come back. We lefted the room an hour and a half later (around 1pm). When we returned to the room we found that the room had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and asked for new towels and explained that the Housekeeper did not clean our room. I was told that their Housekeeper do NOT go back to rooms. Lol. Idk. Being that I was a Housekeeper for more than 5 years I have always returned to a guest room when asked to come back later or cleaned an occupied room when they took their "do not disturb" signs off their door.

Do not book this property. The room was dirty, yellow stains on sheets and pillows. There was a gap under the door for bugs to come in. Biker bar across the street, felt extremely unsafe. I didn't end up staying the night, packed up and found another hotel.

The lady at the desk was horrible i had to leave she was scamming me saying I had a cat in my room, the place was horrible, they had pee on my mattress so I got switched to a new room, they also had no cleaning service
