Bella casa progettata e costruita su misura si trova nel bel mezzo del terreno di acreage e dispone di 6 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni, oltre 20 mila litri più grande piscina, SPA più grande, lavanderia con lavandino e stand di ferro, 5 televisori. Bagni con bancone in granito. Le 4 camere da letto ha letti king size e due ha letti queen size. Internet più veloce (300 Mbps) e TV via cavo. Casa pulita da professionisti pagati al tasso di mercato. stupendo cortile. Metro Phoenix è tra le 21 città più sane degli Stati Uniti.

We had a great time here. There was plenty of room for the kids to have activities. The manager was very helpful in settting us up and answering any questions we had. I would definitely reccomend this place to friends and family.

This house was beautiful, clean, with great amenities! It was a perfect place for multi families. We stayed here for a baseball tournament with our team. It was perfect for all age kiddos! Owner was very quick to reply to all questions we had. Overall it was a great experience!

The house is huge and fits big groups well - communication with the owner/property manager was great. We had an issue with one of the smoke detectors the first night and he was quick to have it fixed. Thank you Moe, we had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay! My family heads down for Spring Training (babies, toddlers, couples in their 30's and senior citizens) and this house did not disappoint. The hosts were wonderful, a set of in-laws arrived early and they were there to greet them and visited for almost an hour. They gave us a tour of the property. The pool and the hot tub were controlled by a smart phone and were the perfect temperature. The separate MIL suite was great for the family members who didn't want to be woken up by the children in the morning. Plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen + bathroom, lots of beach towels for the pool. We enjoyed the toddler toys that were included and the ping pong table in the garage. In a great neighborhood close to the Peoria Sports Complex. We took a walk in the morning and the neighborhood was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend this beautiful property!

Property was poorly maintained. Bed linens smelled and likely were not changed prior to my group arriving. Hot tub could not be separately heated from pool so consequently we were charged an additional 450 dollars for three night stay to run tub/pool heater. Tub/pool heater app on a phone the Owner leaves in a cupboard was a joke to try and understand. Could not properly heat the tub because of that. I asked for a refund of the 450 dollars and the Owner refused. Owner did not give me the combination to the lockbox until late in the evening upon arrival despite repeated attempts to reach him. Owner very unresponsive to five texts and two voicemails that I left with him trying to get him to call or come by the house to explain how to use the tub/pool heating phone app. His English is hard to understand so communication via phone proved to be very difficult when I finally was able to speak with him. For the high price charged per night, the poorly maintained premises, the terrible service/communication from the Owner, and the gouging of 450 dollars for 3 nights to heat the hot tub/pool, I would rate this place the absolute worst value experience I have ever had with rental properties through this forum

The home is more beautiful in person and even larger than we anticipated. There was more than enough space for our group to spread out and enjoy every bit of the space. Communication with the owner was wonderful and the entire home was spotless when we arrived. Our expectations were exceeded and we'd definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect set up for a big family. We celebrated Christmas with our extended family and were very happy with the house. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the bonus for us was that there was a crib and some baby items for my 6 month old grandson. The outdoor space was very nice. Moe met us for check in and communicated well throughout our stay when we had some questions. Highly recommend!

We just returned from a long weekend with 14 people at this wonderful Peoria house. It is truly like staying at your own mini resort. It looks just like the pictures, with plenty of room to spread out while also providing plenty of spaces to gather as a group. The kitchen was very well-stocked and comfortable for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great and there were even floaties in the garage to use. Moe and his wife were super-responsive and helpful. We had a problem with air conditioning in the "annex" on the first night and they dealt with it right away. The location was perfect for us because it was a short drive to see family in Sun City, and there are plenty of grocery stores around. Otherwise, it isn't an especially exciting part of the Valley and it's far from the airport, but that's not important when you have your own resort to enjoy!

This is one of the best house I ever rented, I loved everything about this house, rooms wore very clean and nice, the 2nd part of the house was spacious and separate from the main, house the house pics did no justice, this house looks way better in person, Moe and his wife was nice and a great and fast responder on anything you need. Me and my family will be coming back thanks again Moe for allowing his to use your beautiful home God Bless.

We booked this house for a spring break trip with friends. We had 9 teenagers and they were never bored between the pool/spa, pool table, basketball court and just hanging out. Moe was great to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The focus of our trip was to spend time at the house together, and this was an excellent house for that. Lots of space and a great backyard to hang out and enjoy the good weather. The photos don’t show that there is also a tennis/basketball court in the backyard. Some of the fees were unclear, so just make sure you ask about the cost for heating the pool/hot tub. I also wasn’t aware before booking that we would need to pay both a deposit AND purchase insurance.Moe was communicative and helpful, and it was a great house to stay in. We’d love to stay here again if we are back in the area.
