Great, helpful staff. We lost our key at a concert and had no trouble getting a replacement at midnight. Loved the breakfast. But we couldnt get the water in the shower above lukewarm and some of the furnishings were a little shabby. But loved the layout of our king suite.

Rooms were clean. Nice linen, bedding, etc Easy check in. No elevator, ice lower level, main floor. Sorry, but coffee station needs improvement Poor quality, flavor.

Expensive low budget hotel. No room service for 4 days. Had to go to front desk to get amenities like shampoo.

For the price we had to pay, this was the worst breakfast bar I have ever experienced. In general, the grounds were unkept with dead trees standing next to the door, weeds almost as tall as I am. Add flickering lights in the halls and the haunted house look is just not appealing.

The room s ceiling fan was on when we entered the room. Smelled of mildew. When we put the air conditioner on , the smell was of mold. By midnight i went and slept in car due to how bad the smell was. Hotel would not refund due to bad room..they alliw no exceptions.

Older grandstay property, breakfast was spotty at best

Change your name to Poor Stay Hotel, because there was nothing grand about our stay. Hotel was beyond run down, and reminded us of a cheap motel. Room was spacious; however, there was a strong musty odor and the ac was hardly working. We were uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. The bedsheets had a large stain. When I informed the front desk about the sheets, they acted like they could care less. Horrible management. The bathroom was unclean. There was only one tissue in the holder - did not even have the decency to fill that for paying guests. They advertise Bath and Body Works products, but that’s false - almost everything was off brand items. the only bath and body works item there was a lotion - the flavor/scent that has been discontinued for almost a decade. Major red flag. Finally, the so called “grand breakfast “ was a joke. There were boiled eggs, some potatoes that looked half cooked, half a gallon of milk and some cereal. The chairs are beyond beat up. We decided to check out and go elsewhere for breakfast. It’s alarming that management has let this property go so downhill. We wish we had stayed elsewhere because the management’s lack of empathy when we brought up our concerns was unprofessional. Please listen to the reviews and don’t give your business here.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Dining room chairs were in terrible shape and need to be replaced. Very limited breakfast.

It was clean! Only thing is the toilet wasn’t working as well. They may need to replace the toilet soon, other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

Arriving for check in, the person working the front desk was in the office blaring music, so didn't hear us walk in - he did notice after a minute or two and did apologize for the wait. Bedroom was nice & spacious, but a little musty smelling - so we turned the air on to try to help. Fridge had a puddle of water on the shelf that we needed to wipe down to use. Shower had standing water after a couple minutes of running, so standing in that while showering was unpleasant and the toilet had chips off of it and dingy. On the positive side - the pool and hot tub were nice. It was generally quiet.

We didnt know until we got there that the hotel next door was essentially a homeless shelter. The front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming. It waa 90+ degrees outside & the air conditioning was turned off in the room. It took 3+ hours for the room temp to be tolerable. All hotels should have tall elongated toilets. I felt like i was practically sitting on the floor using the bathroom. The beds were comfortable.

Room smelled musky felt damp, rusty metal fixtures, can hear people walking on the floor above. Beds were ok. Staff wasnt very friendly.

This hotel was a big step up from our two previous hotels we stayed at in Stillwater. But the biggest letdown was the breakfast. On the first morning, there was an attempt to serve eggs and a potato scramble. But none on the following two days. Boiled eggs in fridge had gone bad. No fresh fruit. No pastries.

The hotel was fine. Shows many signs of wear. The beds are very uncomfortable.

Overall good. Room was spacious. Bathroom was well stocked. Clean & fresh sheets. The faucet was a little loud, but not a big problem for me.

Mattress was not good. Saggy Stains on pillowcases. I could tell they were clean but permanently stained. I would not stay here again. I felt sorry for the male staff behind the desk. He had been at work for 30 hours as his relief didn’t show up.

Breakfast was terrible. Chairs in breakfast room all have ripped seating. Management did not accommodate travel problems associated with the worldwide computer outage. Room was only ok.

Toilet was leaking onto the floor

Lobby was nice. Room looked pretty beat up, chipped paint, scratched wood etc. the chairs in the breakfast area need to go in the trash or at least get the seats recovered.

Room was clean. Beds not very comfortable. Included breakfast was marginal.

If you want to be reminded of Covid then this would be your hotel. They still have plexi-glass with notices that masks are option if Vaccinated.

This hotel was run down and looked in very poor condition with weeds and trash in the surrounding landscape. The TV in our room didn't work and after waiting 2 hours for what they said was a cable problem and not their problem, they finally moved us to another room where the TV worked. The room stank although the bedding, towels and bathroom were clean. If they offered a free breakfast I don't know where they would have put it because there was no sign and no room off the lobby plus there were no other guests that we could see the two days we stayed there so I assume they didn't bother for us. But Perkins was practically next door so we were happy about that. All in all, I would NOT recommend this hotel!!!!

I was very disappointed. The room smelled bad - very musty. Opened windows, turned on the air, nothing gets rid of it. Guessing it’s been that way for a long time. Linens were clean. Bathroom worn and dated. Breakfast was dismal. Extremely limited. Egg dish was cut into 1” squares. Seriously. Definitely on my never again list.

Convenient to Stillwater activities. Just what we wanted for our family adventure.

Our room was close to the pool, there was a bit of humidity with a sort of stuffy odor. Running the fan would help avoid that. Otherwise, the room was great!

The room had an odd/wet smell. The carpet was wet feeling and the guest book was moldy with the pages stuck together.

Easy access and clean.

Pool is in need of repairs as is the hot tub.

Rooms had a strong musty smell.
