The air conditioner/heater vibrated so bad it was difficult to sleep. The shower curtain rod was loose from the wall.

This is my new place to stay when I’m EPTX. Eric at the front desk is always so helpful as is the other staff. We are in close proximity to where we need to go.

Not given the room pictured on website. Told to speak with manager next day. Not helpful. Mildew on ceiling. Not good. Expected better from red roof.

Arrive after 6pm the front desk employee greeted me with no interest. Stated that they only had one room left. Went to the room and room wasn’t ready. Went back and we got another room. This room the fridge was not plugged in, so we had to move furniture. The coffee maker didn’t work and the breakfast room was closed. Would not recommend this hotel.

Well i checked in and 5 min later had to leave due to a family member passing away. I litteraly had got in my room and than had to chk out. They still charged me for 2 days and never budged to refund me at least one day. Room was dirty bed centered and tv off to the aide where you cant even see it. Think twice before staying here.

This place is always clean and the service and friendly. Everything works including the AC. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The stay here is good and the property is safe.

Quick check-in and nice clean room. Comfortable bed and it was quite during my stay.

Property shows some wear and tear , but nothing too bad. Bed was a bit soft and the sheet had a small hole. No breakfast. Black coffee was available. Price was very good and room was clean and good size

Open the windows and wear a mask and BLEACH your bathrooms - they have mold in the grout.

This was first red roof stayed in and it has made us weary of trying a red roof again. This one is like a motel 6 but dirtier. They updated the room only enough to take a picture but was dirty to the point that would have left except my disabled mother barely made it to the room bc they put us at the end of a long hallwayon the 3rd floor and she couldnt make it back to leave. I went to get ice and the water fountain next to it had blood spattered on it. I only book hotels with 8 and above reviews to make sure i don't end up at a place like this. I don't know how here slipped through the crack, must just be price and location as it was very popular with many people checking in but i highly advise against staying here. I've literally stayed at cleaner and safer motel 6 before

Had a horrible experience here, cancelled my reservation without any notice because I used a third party service! I was here for a funeral, already dealing with a lot and I have a large family we had a few rooms booked. And for absolutely no reason cancelled the reservation because of “their policy” Service was terrible.

Red Roof doesn't have a very good reputation. This hotel though, was very nice.

The bed was broken and the bathroom old but room and hotel very clean and did not smell bad
