Awesome

The only concern I had was during check-in. My guest hadn't shown up when I was there to check in. They would not let me check-in until my partner arrived. I told them we would come by and make the covid test. But they made me wait almost 4 hours to check in. The other strange thing is how little time one gets to spend there. 1600 hrs check in time and 1100 hrs check out.. but other than that, spectacular facilities and delicious breakfast.

Great position just a short walk from central station. A bit small rooms but comfy beds. Very nice and clean pool and sauna. Area full of restaurants.

The rooms were very outdated, nothing like the pictures. The windows let in a ton of cold air and we're right by the head of the bed, so I kept waking up with a sore throat. It was also quite lound. Not sure how they can say those rooms were soundproof. The people in the restaurant weren't very friendly either. It is at least next to the train station.

Construction just outside our window was loud and woke us up every morning.

In the 1980’s when this hotel was last refurbished, standards were not so high. It needs overhauling really desperately. Only soap out of a cheap dispenser, no shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser. VERY noisy as is located next to a road and a railway. Not cheap!

The breakfast was phenomenal. We had an awesome stay.

Been here over 5 times usually pretty good service and it's pretty clean. Come here mainly for it's close location to the shops and train station. Most recent trip was this past Friday and as soon as we got to check in instant terrible service women at the the counter hates Americans and was very rude. Quote "When did you make the reservation three minutes ago?" With an eyeroll and then turned around and gossiped to the other women behind the counter making comments about Americans. Note we live here in Germany and again stayed here multiple times before, set a distaste for the place the rest of the trip. Other than that incident the past workers were always happy to help and give directions when needed.

Great place and very convenient while traveling by train

The only Problem was the construction outside between hotel and Train station, tricky to get to the hotel, there are signs pointing to the hotel. Convenient to walk to the city

Not even a proper place to put my shaving kit and brush/paste! No closet/drawer...not even an extra chair to let anyone sit! Look at how much I paid!

Convenient to railway station and local rail services. A lot of construction in the vacinity. Hotel older, but well kept. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very clean and spacious room. Sauna unfortunately not working. Very noisy location.

This hotel in the heart of Nuremberg was across the street from the train station, making our departure by train to Berlin very easy. The breakfast was excellent.

It was a very discouraging welcome to Nuremburg. I was traveling with my daughter on a very tiresome back packing trip. This was day 14. We arrived around 10 AM and were NOT welcomed by two young blonde desk attendants who thought their German was safe, but they commented, "what do you expect from Americans", which was referring to our unorganized state. Of course we were not expecting to have to change practically in the lobby, because we were giving them all our stuff for the day until our room was prepared. They were making demeaning comments the entire time we were in the lobby. My daughter was really looking forward to this city, but this really spoiled it. The older man in the morning, maybe the manager, and the women at night were extremely helpful.

Good hotel, reasonably priced, a little annoyed that there was a offer on for slightly more than I paid. Which added breakfast and dinner and a bottle of wine in our room. Other than that it was perfect for our needs.

This is a convenient facility for traveling by train but the walk in the tunnel under the main train tracks is a bit unpleasant. There is no breakfast included and there is seemed to be no alternative closer than waking back to the train station for fast food.

The Hotel has Great staff, they all spoke English and were very helpful. Being able to walk to the train station and the old city makes this place a great choice
