I was injured off-site and was afraid I would miss the checkout time. I called staff and expalined my situation. They were very helpful and reassured em we could work things out.
After my ER visit, I was able to get cleaned up and packed. Staff helped me move things to my car, and did what he could to assist me.
I was very appreciative of the help. I would not wish my experience on anyone, but I can tell you that the assistance at the hotel was one less thing for me to worry about.

The stay is very clean and quiet

Breakfast’s egg was dry. No milk no yogurt no fruit. Orange juice’s machine is out of order

Kept losing signal for the key card had keep recharging the card. No handicap handles by the tub to help me get in and out of the shower or help stand up at toilet. Had a hard time washing my hands because the faucet doesn’t reach into the sink.

Door key wouldn’t work, toilet ran all night, no black out blinds, air conditioner rattled, ice tasted like straight chlorine, juice machine didn’t work, shower too low even for a short person

There were cochroaches in my room, the sink was cracked, towels were limited. People were smoking A Lot of pot in the room across from me,i had to block the door with a towel due to the smell. 3 times people were able to use their key card to walk into my room. Other people were sleeping in the hallway. I felt very unsafe. I didnt dare eat the breakfast out if fear of cochroaches most likely in the kitchen. There were windows boarded up on the third floor. Beer cans, bottle caps all around the pool. I will never stay there again

the room was close to $200 for a very basic room. The sofa bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable!

The hotel was okay. Just stayed on night.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They acted like we were bothering them to check in. I had requested and again been told on the phone they would accommodate my request of two rooms on the bottom floor. Instead, they gave me one room on the 2nd floor and one room on the 3rd floor. When I expressed my concern they basically said too bad even though I had confirmed on the phone 4 hours earlier that my request would be honored. Very unacceptable. We won't be back.

The room was ok. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable at all. They were very springy. The TV remote did not work. The volume button and the on and off button didn't work. I got a message saying that I had to call the front desk to update it.The staff was very nice, though.The rooms had a microwave and mini fridge which was a plus

The staff was excellent condition of the hotel was bad ….bad mattresses, bad TV dirty microwave dirty rooms I even found a roach in the restroom Besides the staff which the reception lady was very nice, but I don’t think I will be staying there again very disappointed for the money we spent

Outside of hotel looks nice. Inside was a mess. Room keys didn’t open 3 times and manager had to come help open door. Apparently, the electronic door lock system is often low on batteries. Blonde hair on the sheets of the bed. Remote was missing from room. Ice machine and pool wasn’t working.

The general manager was professional and the night staff was, however the maintenance workers are always beggin and want you to see them working. Who cares im trying to relax and it doesn’t make sense your not my child.

The key card failed the 1st try. Came back to the desk and waited 10 min before the front desk person come back from break. Ice machine not working. Toilet handle defected and clogged as we were leaving the next day. The front desk person really tried to accommodate, these are the facts.

I have no complaints the staff has been wonderful and and i feel at home in my room.

The lobby was filthy. The hallway was super hot and smelled weird. The room had no black out curtains. There was no remote so we went and got one from the front desk. It had no back and he had to take the batteries from another device.

pool area needs to be cleaned and organized. breakfast was ok and theres a lot of things under construction

It was an average place to stay. I do not recommend room 104. It is right next to the exit door to the pool, so it is constantly being open and shut (which the door slams shut)
and when there are kids or teenagers, it is a very long and loud experience to have to endure Especially when you are tired and just want to sleep.

The room had a very strange mildew smell in the room. There wasnt even an remote to the tv. The fridge could have been cleaned a lot better, there was a huge ice build up. Staff was very professional and were always willing to help with any problems that arose

The hotel has a horrible smell when you walk in. The roof was leaking in the hall way. My key didn’t work and I went to the front desk to get assistance and I had to wait an hour for someone to show up to help me. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
