Avoid!
Cockroaches in room, dingy small grotty bedroom. Looks like some rooms are let out to people down on their luck (nothing wrong with that), however there were small groups of people loitering in the car park and outside their room. I did not feel safe or comfortable here.
I checked out 2 mins after checking in and went to the Hillstone Inn 2 doors down- that I would recommended. It was cheaper, cleaner, included breakfast, had security & the room was tastefully decorated and clean.

There was ice in the ice maker
Check in - they did not have the room size I reserved so I received a substitute - when I came back from eating I changed my clothes tried to turn on the heat - nothing I am 78 and spent the night with no heat - when I went to the front desk the next morning to let them know there was no heat in the room the desk clerk laughed - yes she laughed because I had not heat. This was not my first time to stay there but it was my last.

asked for moving in another room in the middle of the night and that was no problem
also front desk called me the next day to inform me that they gonna do smth about the bugs
cockroaches in first room and other bugs
smelled heavily like cigarette smoke
we also found in the second room cockroaches but „just“ 1 or 2

I absolutely did not like how the other renters allowed their kids to be in the hall area screaming and yelling all night. Called front desk twice about it. Even their "parents" were disgusting and disrespectful

The appearance was good until I realized I had to do my own cleaning. The floor was super dirty,behind the beds were filthy abs the roaches waited for me to go to sleep to start creeping. I have photos and a video of my experience in Tulare.

There was a problem in the bathroom, but since we were staying for just one day, we did not ask the the staff to fix it.

I wasn't aware that the hotel requires a $100 cash deposit. It didn't say anything about it on your website.

the property was around everything and very convenient. it was very clean. beds we’re comfortable. the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I needed to upgrade to a fridge and microwave because I have little ones and they did it for me. it was greatly appreciated because we didn’t have to waste food and we’re able to warm up our leftovers but more so I was able to keep my lunchables and drinks for my kids.

it was very loud plus the room I reserved with 2 double beds the TV didn’t work do the staff switched us rooms but it had smaller beds the people next door kept banging on the wall with the headboard plus people out our room kept talking so loud all night long! It wasn’t a very good stay.
